The location is central , walk from the railway station . A small friendly hotel

very good breakfast, Excellent location. 7 min. walk to Ferrara castello, and 5 min. walk the bus station to Bologna airport.Large room and bathroom

Breakfast was not huge but enough to start the day beside of that the coffee is really good as the variety of croissants. The personnel of the hotel is nice, available and really professional. The location is really close to the city center and the castle.

The price of the parking is not cheap at all and if you have a big car, it is not easy to maneuver. (20Euros per day). You can buy tickets (validity for 24hours) to park outside of the hotel (blue mark on the street are defining where you can park) but it is 7euros per day and it is not easy to find a spot. It would have been nicer to have a price of 12euros/day in the hotel's parking. PS: Double check your door when you are closing it because I have been able to open it only by pushing it. :§

room was very large and spacious. Bathroom was also very large and spacious. Appreciated large vanity in bath.

Hotel undergoing renovation and upon arrival late afternoon tried to nap but were awakened bu construction noise which also was very disruptive early in the morning. Breakfast was not appetizing. Automated coffee machine terrible as was offerings at breakfast. Very disappointing.

Card for door opening was not working well, it took dozen of tries to get to the room. Staff wasn't really helpful in this situation.

Room, bathroom. It is a 4 star hotel but the rooms are on the 2-3 star maximum. At least the one we were in.When I made a reservation on the booking.com it was indicated that the room has balcony, when we got in the room, there was no balcony. Walls were dirty, even the ceiling was dirty. Bathroom accessories and the shower tub were dirty. It is not sound isolated as I clearly heard loud thumping from the upper floor, every morning!As well, carpet on our floor (3rd floor) was extremely dirty.Staff is far from professional, eating from the breakfast buffet at the bar while breakfast was on. Also, they forgot to let us out of the garage when we checked out. We asked at the reception to let us out, immediately got to the garage, and we were waiting and waiting for them to open the garage door, but no one opened it. My partner had to get out of the car, while we were on the steep, and go again to the reception to the upper floor to ask them if they would be so kind to let us out. They forgot about us.We payed for one night 283,00€, 566,00€ for the stay and if I knew in which condition was room I would never make a reservation there. It isn’t worth that much. Entrance, Lobby and the bar are beautiful, but that’s it.

It’s Location to the old town and the size of the rooms. They were very large and comfortable.

Poor room service. Tea & coffee not replenished. No milk. Asked for milk and just told there isn't any. Computer locked in safe because there were no instructions on how to set the code.Bar shut for no reason on Monday evening.Italian Fawlty Towers

Comfortable, spacious public areas of the hotel, excellent location, very few people around (it was late January)

The room was too hot. maybe the temperature is adjustable but I couldn’t figure it out. The WiFi was usable but poor.

Excellent location, very close to the Castle and the old town in general. A clean room. I was able to store my bicycle for free in the garage overnight. Good breakfast.

It was quite hot in the room and whenever I put on the ac to cool down a bit, it automatically back to 30° which didn't really help. When I checked out, the lady insisted I still had to pay for the night, even though I already did that in advance. Once I showed the confirmation it was fine, but they would have charged me twice if I wasn't careful.
