Right in the center of Ravenna. Clean rooms and space in general

Personnel was kind but not really helpful. Paid water fountain in the lobby..it could have been free. Breakfast was good but not best. Paid parking and pay in case you need extra time for check out

We had a great stay. The hotel is located close to restaurants, stores and bars. The staff are friendly, professional and very helpful. The hotel was clean, cosy and quiet.

Hotel close to town, make sure to choose a room that is not over the noisy bar.

Extremely noisy bar under room that was bumping and grinding till wee hours of morning. Hotel staff unempathetic. A lot of style with very little substance to offer, besides a fantastic location.

Our loft was fantastic, we really loved the space. I LOVED having a mini-fridge and kettle in the loft.Staff were helpful and pleasant at every interaction. They have a dedicated bicycle storage garage. Breakfast was great. For vegetarians there was yogurt and eggs for protein. Also lots of yummy pastries, and more.

I have no complaints about Maxxim.

Nice location. Everything is new. Staff was nice. Bed was very comfortable. Overall its a very nice hotel choice.

Air conditioning is very weak, and you cannot control temperature, you can just turn it on and off.Breakfast has good options, but its prepared before and reheated in the morning. You cannot serve yourself, they will serve you cold scrambled eggs, and then ask you if you want it microwaved.

Room, very large clean, spare and not well furnished/decorated…felt like a couple of pieces of random furniture from second-hand store. Only skylight, no windows. Vast bathroom with fittings crammed into one end (including unused - but appeared to have leaked - jacuzzi tub: did not try it as some water already on floor.) Bad pillows - two only. Bed OK. Didn’t bother to check TV as cable appeared to be disconnected. Minimal bathroom “amenities”. Thin towels. Lobby was fine, restaurant - only tried breakfast - was pleasant with open courtyard. Breakfast - nothing exceptional but - OK.Apart from location and cleanliness, nothing like advertised or expected.

Great Sicilian restaurant for dinner. Breakfast average.

Kitchen in the room not working. Reception people did not bother to notice you.

Wonderful hotel! Everything perfect.The room was lovely and clean. The bedding very nice. The bed very comfortable. The breakfast was lovely and plentiful with lots of seating options inside and outside. Beautiful hotel within walking distance of all the top sites yet on a quiet street. Highly recommend.

Clean the staff was great

The steps up and down because the bathroom and bedroom was to far away. The showers doors didn’t close good and you had to clean up the floor of water. The air wasn’t good early during the day but at night was good.You had kitchenette with no silverware , plates no paper towels, no soap to wash.

We took the loft which was huge! There is a paid parking nearby (upon request). Breakfast was ok. The stuff was very friendly. The hotel contacted us upfront, saying that the elevator won't be working but they offer a help with the begs if needed.

There was a kitchen but it was not equipped.

We had a very nice stay at Maxxim Hotel, the location is excellent, very close to the city center, to trattorias and like a 20 minute walk from the train station. The rooms are big, comfortable, clean. The only problem I had was with the pillows, I found them really small, hard and uncomfortable.The breakfast was good, the staff really nice and it's good value for your money.

We arrived by car and communication was good about registering our plate since it was inside the ZTL. We could have parked in a public lot, but it was raining and decided to park close, in a small garage the hotel has access to a stone's throw away. Breakfast was ample and delicious, and the seating area was beautiful - a glass enclosed room in a courtyard. Our room was a loft on three levels, including a table and small kitchen. We needed two beds, and the second level was actually a sofa made into a bed, and the main bed was on the third level. The bath is on the first floor, so it may be difficult for people who have mobility issues to navigate the steps up and down constantly. But it was very roomy for our party of three adult-sized people.

We didn't cook, but if we had wanted to, we would have had trouble. There kitchen cupboards were empty of any dishes or cookware. They were renovating their elevator, so we had to use the stairs to get to our room. That was tough on my husband who has knee trouble.

The rooms were plenty spacious for one person and the staff was kind.

The beds were too hard, and probably old, they had big dips/dents in them from previous guests. Also the pillows were very flat.

We stayed 4 nights. We loved everything! Great location, very good breakfast.Clean and comfortable. Fridge and kettle in the room.Special thanks to all ladies who always served the breakfast with the smile.
