The hotel's cleanliness.

The hotel was nice, and its location is convenient for the airport, but it's quite far from downtown—literally in the middle of nowhere. It’s best suited for travelers who just need quick access to the airport rather than the city. It doesn't provide any shuttle service to the airport. Unfortunately, I didn’t find the staff to be particularly friendly or helpful either. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for people who are interested to visit the city.

Sofa bed was not comfortable . We was 3 persons but accessoires in the room was for 2 persons and staff didnt answer the telephone .

Wether you’re on a transfer or planning to have a look around Van, I’d really suggest this place. Very clean and friendly staff, free coffee and tea in the lobby and waiting room, very attentive personnel and Taxi and airport nearby. You have EVERYTHING you need in your room and more. For your cruise around, you can take mini vans passing by the road (around 20-25 lira per person to the city center and back, or to the others sides of the Van Lake. I’d suggest watching sunset in Edremit Park. :)

Few convenient stores around but getting to the downtown with Dolmus (If I’m writing it correctly) is cheap, cool and and adventurous! Nothing wrong with the Hotel.

Great hotel. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Great pool with amazing spa. And breakfast was heaven. Staff was friendly as well and helped us out when we needed info about going to the island.

It's a minor detail, but we were obliged to wear swimming caps, which we had to buy in the hotel for the ridiculously pricey amount of 100 TRL per piece.

Staff were very nice. The was fresh and nice.

We came by bus. It was not easy to enter.

Cleanness

Bed size, the room were too bright and the curtains were so poor to cover the sun shines

We arrived late so they didn't give us the room category we had reservations so it was auwfull

The location and the parking, breakfast was very good and the staff was very helpful and nice

Sometimes after shower there was a bad smell in the bathroom, overall the condition of the room was okay, but some things should be repaired (minibar was so hot, that there was water in the cupboard around it, some wallpaper was off, …)

Nice apartments with beautiful view of Van Lake. Helpful customer service.

Nice location, close to the airport. Great bed, nice shower and a lot of facilities. Also got a nice cookie on check-in. Food in restaurant and bar is good, with very nice red wine by the glass (not expensive!).

A/C in the room only does warm air, even on 'cool' mode. One staff member at the reception was quite unfriendly and unhelpful. Probably didn't speak English very well and hence treated me with some disdain. His colleague was very friendly and she helped with everything I asked.

Everything was great, the breakfast was very varied, the hotel was very clean and the staff were kind

This is our second visit. Staff were aware of who we are , were very courteous and helpful.

Out door pool may help but not at this time of year

Every time you could order food and it will serve in your room.The quality of food was excellent.

The TV voice volume is limited on 20 and it was too low like we didn't hear the movie's voice

reception is not friendly at all. and restaurant service is lacking. seems like they are afraid to talk to the clients, don’t check on them at all.

Breakfast was good. Room was also okay.

We were 3 people and the third one slept in a sofa bed, VERY uncomfortable as it was uneven. Two seperate things. Need to keep.in mind to add extra bed, not a sofa as a bed.Location is far from center if you plan yo visit the city.

Everything was far more than good.

We reserved a room with a terrace, but upon our arrival, we were informed that we couldn't use the terrace. When I realized this and asked for a room change, I was told that the hotel was fully booked. So, I paid for a service I couldn't use, and their explanation was that I booked through Booking.com. While 5-star hotels are generally good, they didn't make any effort to inform me in advance when I encountered an issue. So, if you decide to book this hotel, hope that everything goes smoothly, or else you may not receive any assistance. ?

Almost all the staff were kind and polite. The rooms are really silent and clean. Room service was good but didn't know any language but Turkish.

There were less various items in the breakfasts. The quality of walnut and peanut was really poor(there were some insects inside walnuts). The juices and milk were low quality. The staff of the restaurant do not know any other languages but Turkish.There are few parking lots in the hotel so I parked my car two nights outside the hotel and since the hotel is by the highway it is not safe at all.

I have arrived at the hotel after 14 hurs flight duration , the staff were very rude and bad manners took so long to get the room key and after i have seen how much they care about customers i asked to be refunded for my booking as i decided to go to another hotel i didnt feel safe there ,i would never ever want to experience this again in my life ?

I didn't like how the manager at the hotel behaved and treated me as he was very rude and angry ,i asked to explain what the hotel rooms look like ,his answer, i dont care !!!! I have never seen the manager of a hotel treat the customers like this
