Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Konya

The rooms were not 5 star. The air conditioning did not work. Room service refused to serve us dinner because we did not speak Turkish.

The staff was very helpful. Our special thanks to Buse, the guest relations manager, who always had a smile and was very pleasant, caring and professional.

The bathroom was a bit aged and should be updated.

The smiling faces of the front desk and helpings me to make my trip to Konya special. I would like to thank (Hacl & Beril & Nido) also the lobby girl who serves the çay Esra. Thank you all for the professional service.

Property was clean but bathroom shower did not work in one of the rooms I stayed in. Price was too high for one night stay while shower water temperature was stuck at very hot.

It was not a convenient location.

A very good Hotel to be. I surely recommend it. Please make staff learn English.

SPA services: The staff didn't know English and a lot of time was wasted. I gave up because of shortage of time.

Some part of hotel like steam room needed repair. But other part like rooms were brand new and excellent. Lots of staff and helpfull.

The staff was very good, attentive and quick! Best thing about the hotel was the staff. Buse Hanim was a good host. Breakfast was great.

Hotel was run down, carpets on the hallway were terribly dirty, showers were very old and the drainage was clogged.

Adequate facilities. Comfortable bed.

In the hotel restaurant and bar people are smoking indoors like in 1970's it was too hard to breathe so I left without finishing my dinner.

I found long black hair on towels, in the shower and on the bed as well as stains on the floor ( photos available if requested) Room was to too warm (25c) and cooling was not available in November so I had to keep open the window and having to withstand traffic noise. Terrace restaurant was in a fog of cigarette smoke. Reception staff doesn’t speak good EnglishHotel needs renovation Can’t recommend it.

Amazing staff, At the front desk Ahmet, Mustafa,Buse, Baran and Beril were so friendly and welcoming . Ahmet helped us with giving us his train pass to use and Mystafa and Buse gave us the address for the good local restaurants and places to visit. At the hotel food court I have to mention Sena, Gamze, Gözde, Anil and another Ahmet efe Aytün , they were all amazing,they learned our name and the second we were walking into the restaurant for breakfast they were greeting us by our name.we really enjoyed our stay and recommended it to another friend. This is the place we choose if we decide to come back to Konya next year ?

Location and breakfast was lovely

Air conditioning was not working in the hotel room. Even we reported 2 to 3 times to reception, but nothing got improved, even they sent the air conditioning technician.

Everything and the spa and massages. Busse (staff in breakfast restaurant) was very kind and surprised us with orange juice for our breakfast. All staff were very kind and helpful.

The room wasnt ready, room service used their card to barge in without waiting a minite, the AC temperature was stuck at 28.

The personnel was very kind. We especially appreciated Gamze, Beyza and Gül. The rooms were well equipped and comfortable.

Staff were friendly and the facilities were great. Mustafa Opsar on the front desk was an excellent ambassador for the hotel- he dealt with all enquiries professionally - nothing was too much trouble. Kubra in the restaurant was friendly, attentive and despite a language barrier always ensured our meal requirements were met- thank you both for making our holiday a five star experience.

Reservation team were terrible!! Not at all what you would expect from Ramada/Wyndham group. In advance of holiday I attempted to contact them to ensure my booking details were correct by phone, and email. No call back ever, phone put down, told me to call back, told me they would text back on what’s app , email advice not accurate or could not be actioned and worst of all clearly did not care enough to ensure concerns were addressed in advance of trip. I hope management team will address this particularly for the international traveller.

Our journey was to Cappadocia and Konya city was midway between Antaliya and Cappadocia. We stayed to stop for one night in Ramada Hotel Konya . Once we left Konya my wife released that she forgot her Samsung headphones in the room, so I wrote to the hotel reception about this issue and they staff found it. Hopefully we get our headphones on back way from Cappadocia. My wife was due to she already lost the headphones few months ago.
