Nice area outside, good food, big room with refrigerator and teaset, massage at SPA. The personal is very friendly.

Cold water in the swimming pool both outside and inside. Only one small bottle of conditioner was placed at the room for three persons and no items we refilled.

The location is perfect, the view of the sea sight room is marvellous, the hygiene and clean rooms deserve a perfect 5 star, the diversity of breakfast and open buffet lunch and dinner is very good. De stuff welcomes and helps you with a big smile.

Maybe a little bit better quality of shampoo

Comfortable rooms, good food with a lot of variety. The snacks during the day at the pool were also really good. We liked the cocktails and mocktails a lot! Great swimming pools for kids, water was warm. Also the beach is in a bay so no waves. Staff works very hard. Nice entertainment team.

This had more to do with the other guest reservering sun beds while not being present at the pool. That is why it was hard to find a spot during our stay. For a full hotel the beds should be enough if people don’t hold seats while not present. But friendly staff always tried to create some room somewhere if you ask.

The food and facilities

Second time visiting the hotel.. Was very disappointed with the services provided. Our room was only cleaned twice during our 4 day stay. Two single beds were put together for my partner and I despite us booking a double room.

The property was clean and comfortable. We had everything there so there wasn’t any need to go out of the hotel.

We didn’t get the rooms we booked so two groups were moved to a big family room. It was really nice but we lost the privacy and had to share bathrooms, incl. showers.

The hotel was fantastic, the rooms clean and spacious. Myself and my daughters loved the facilities, pools, beach, spa, food and entertainment. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Nothing really, the only minor gripe was that sometimes the tables during breakfast and dinner in the main restaurant took a while to be readied for the next diners. That said the team did work extremely hard and have nothing but the highest praise for them.

Good hotel, nice beach, clean rooms, great variety of food in a main restaurant, every day something new and tasty. In the evening different animation program, for kids and after for adults as well.

Swimming pools were great , beach area was also nice but too many rocks in the sea. Room was ok, I had nice birthday room decoration for my birthday also lovely staff prepared a table decorated in the restaurant, staff were very friendly and helpful :)

Well, where do I start? We have just returned home and honestly we had the best time in Numa Bay exclusive soon as we arrived at the hotel we was offered a drink from the bar as suitcase is taken straight to our room and everything was literally perfect from the start, Dean from guest relations was so friendly and always made sure we was having an amazing time. The entertainment team were brilliant bar staff were amazing friendly they couldn’t do more to help with any request. The boys around the pool taking your towels helping you get seats offering us drinks literally felt five star definitely will be returning. My little boy had the best time he loved the park and the entertainment was brilliant thank you so much for a wonderful holiday and we hope to see you again soon. There are so many people we would like to thank but I’m terrible with names. lol thank u so much generally everybody worked as a team to make everyone’s holiday great we met some amazing people xxx

Facilities, staff and location.

Family oriented, not very couple oriented but hotel does make an effort to make exclusive adult areas.

Everything was great, especially I'd like to mention staff of the hotel: friendly, supportive, ready to help and solve all the questions and not annoying at all. Many thanks for the animation team: Furkan, Fuat, Jenya and of course lovely and funny Mehmet :) The F&B team also does a great work. All the dishes are tasty, there is a great variety of choice, everyday is a special menu and presentation in front of the main restaurant (e.g. Mexican day, Turkish night). Barmen at the main restaurant and lobby bar are very nice and polite. Rooms are spacious, clean and very comfy (we had a room on the 5th floor with a sea view in the 1st building). The territory of Numa Bay is rather compact, but smartly thought out, so all the activities, bars and restaurants are on their places. All in all the hotel met and I would say exceeded out expectations.

Great Staff, Clean Rooms, But Be Prepared for a Party VibeOverall, I would recommend this hotel, but with a caveat. The service was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with especially nice beds. We also enjoyed the well-stocked drink bard by the beach, though the quality of service from the bartenders varied.

Crowded Canteen: Be aware that the canteen, especially during the season, can get very crowded. This might be an issue if you prefer a quieter dining experience.Loud Music: This hotel has a lively atmosphere, and there can be loud music playing throughout the day and night. If you or your family are looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway, this might not be the best choice.

A wide selection of food and friendly housekeepers.

We had paid for the trip in advance. Upon arrival at the hotel, the receptionist told us it wasn't paid for and that we needed to pay extra on the spot. Initially, they refused to give us a room. We declined the additional payment and asked for a phone to contact booking. The receptionist demanded to input the number and then claimed it was fake. With the help of a friend from home, we contacted booking ourselves, who promptly called the hotel. The receptionist still denied it was settled. The next day, we were told it was sorted out, but received no apology. We weren't given wristbands, causing issues with security who didn't believe we were hotel guests. During our stay, it was my birthday, which guest relations forgot to pass on. When my partner inquired about the surprise he arranged the day before, they immediately sent housekeepers to decorate the room, but it was awkward as I was there. I also got food poisoning and had to seek treatment at a clinic during the stay. The cocktails are made with low-quality juices from the dispenser.

Spotlessly clean, nice and modern with comfortable rooms. We liked that there were multiple areas you could hang out.

That the pools were so cold and the evening buffet quite samey, but still excellent value.

Lots of locations to rest and relax, really good food, the waffles and pizza from the snack bar were delicious. The bars and entertainment staff were very welcoming and friendly. The rooms and beds were really comfortable and the maids are very nice.

Although they say that there is a night buffet,there was actually almost nothing there; but to be fair, you would already stuffed full from all the food through the day. There is no need for it. Wish there were more slides to be honest.The night events were not really that fun.

The hotel is great, about 20 minutes from Alanya. We really liked the location, a little quieter away from the hustle and bustle (but there are shops etc close by).The hotels facilities are very good. Lovely private beach, lots of pools, many restaurants, a spa etc. We spent most days at the adult pool which was a nice place to relax.The hotel is very clean and comfortable, rooms cleaned daily.Most of the staff were friendly and welcoming. There's a huge selection of places to eat and drink. Restaurants/bars at the beach, Waffle/ice cream bar, Chinese, Steakhouse, Mexican, coffee shop and patisserie, snack bars plus the main restaurant. Lots of variety of food and drinks.We were there for Halloween and Turkeys 100 year Republic Anniversary and the hotel made a huge effort. Themed food, entertainment, decorations etc, great job!We would definitely go back, loved it!

One thing that was a little frustrating, we had a triple room (2 adults and 1 teenager) but there was only 2 of everything inside. 2 cups/glasses, 2 chairs on the balcony, 2 robes, 2 slippers, 2 towels etc. Would be nice to have 3 of everything. The one thing that was annoying was the music at the pool. It was very loud. We stayed at the adult pool all week but could still hear it. Difficult to even read on times at the volume was too high.The coffee wasn't very good anywhere on site, very bitter.
