Haydarpasha Palace Hotel

Every thing was perfect ,first the guy on reception which name safwat was so kind and helpful, then the manager onur he's so good, they help us alot ,it was a perfect stay , everything clean , the food so good , so delicious and there is alot of activities for kids , my kids enjoyed so much on aqua bark and luna bark , all the staff with smile , i will come back

the palace was very big, the food was very nice as it's ultra all inclusive, the swimming pool was good, the kids really enjoyed the place .. some of the staff were good .. what I really enjoyed is the food and the kids really enjoyed it.. there were an electric charging point on the property, which was helpful for me .. the beach was nice as well..

- it's very big and had to walk very long to reach the room, - one of the reception ladies were treating us very bad way .. - there were no cover car parking, where I was expecting that they will have at least under ground car park .. -the quality of the kids show was sometime not for kids .. - I liked that they write in multi language the explanation, but I would love to see arabic language as well as many Arab tourist was there as well..

I was supposed to get my little daughter onboard for free because she is 6 years old but they took a full amount for adult person and when I was in the room there was no bed for her

Everything about the hotel felt luxurious, seeing 4 hotels in Alanya, Haydarpasha palace hotel was number one

There were various foods which is good, however i felt some foods could have been better, I hope they make them even better

Exceeded expectations by far. Wide range of variety in drinks, foods, deserts... Nice pools, very warm staff.

Sea wasnt the best to be honest but good enough.

Staff on Front desk did not give me any information on dining, entertainment etc. and nothing in the room OR an option on phone to tell me how to call front desk so I had to go downstairs and ask. As we only had very small hand luggage we did not require a Porter, this was not a ‘tip’ issue for us as we tipped generously throughout, but clearly an issue for him as he then came across rude and unfriendly. Food not hot, generally it was warm at best. Long queue every morning for omelette station, resulting in undercooked eggs at times, as rushing to get to next order.Bingo was extremely expensive and numbers not always called, entertainment not the best. DISGUSTED at the monkey being brought round the pool for photo opportunities, apart from the blazing heat it was just wrong in this day and age!

food was good but would love to have also plant based milk available at breakfast . I very much liked indoor pool of regular size, 25m long, could do my swimming workouts :), not many hotels have this kind of pools among their facilities

opening hours of gym were nowhere to find. I was told you could go any time but once i went after 20:00 and was closed which was disappointing. If I knew, I would plan my day differently to be able to do my training

Everything about the hotel was amazing apart from the food.

The food was very bland. Many families we spoke to struggled with the food just like us.Also the rooms do not come with an iron.

Location and the layout is excellent

Too many guests of the middle eastern descent who are rude and exceptionally loud, especially during dining and by the pool/bar.

The room was extremely bad, not clear and not comfortable, the service was terrible, actually there’s no service, and not possible to have wifi, the food very bad and a lot of people, you can’t even find table and you can’t find a place to sit near the pool, it was one of the worst experience ever

Food and drink was good. Location, pool, towel service, and entertainment were good. Staff at the restaurant were good, worked hard and were friendly. The Pullman restaurant was open late even though only served basic things. All staff were friendly.

Amphitheater was outdoor and Anayla is very hot so basically people won’t stay to watch it because it is too hot. It needs to be indoors. Time for dinner is from 6:30-8:30 and is too early for summer time as everyone was still swimming. For summer days, it needs to change the time or extended to 9:30-10:00 pm. Also fish is being cooked and grilled right inside the restaurant where people sit down to eat . It needs to be taken outside or a separate room as smell overpowers everything in the restaurant. Housekeeping skips cleaning the room some days and needs reminder to clean the room or take the garbage out. WiFi basically not usable. Disconnects constantly and is very slow. The hallways to the rooms are hot and you don’t feel any air conditioning is working there. Room’s air conditioning were good.

My sons three pair of shoes sandal and his close were not found anymore .The animation program was very strange, inappropriate clothes same was in the children activities dressed in miniskirt and very seductive way.Food was OK . The only tasty thing was soup it was good everyday Bread and other pastry dry and not very tasty You could hear from the rooms all what is happening outside and how people screaming. Most of staff didn't speak English Hard to communicate.

I love the look of the hotel, the rooms and the cleanliness.

The food was absolutely shocking. There were lots of food to choose from however it didn’t taste nice. I would rather have less choices of food but have good taste.Also, the beach water was not clear and also dirty too.The hotel was hard to get to as it’s not close the any of the airports and transportation from the airports were expensive.

Pool was big and nice.

It was too expensive considering the service. Food was very bad, no quality, no choices. Entertainment team was working only for kids. Every night same meaningless kids shows. Staff was very rude. They were giving attention only to foreign tourists.

The hotel looks amazing, the design is special, the rooms are nice and spacious, lots of interest and attractions for all ages.

In many areas of the hotel the air conditioner does not work even though it is very hot.

We loved the food. It was phenomenal. so many different varieties that made us really wonder what to choose. it was all very delicious and available for 24 hours. The pools were nice and there were multiple slides to enjoy.

We didn't like the pools water temperature. We thought they were really cold for children. We are used to pools being at least 34c in the gym where children go for their swimming classes in the UK. but the pools at the hotel were way too cold. We also thought that the all-inclusive package should include the children's games but we had to pay £5 per game which was too expensive. night entertainment was basic, unprofessional and boring. I think they should invest more on professional performers.
