I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and it exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warmth of the staff, the cleanliness of the rooms, and the overall atmosphere of comfort and elegance.The service was exceptional — every request was handled with a smile and remarkable efficiency. Very dirty

Dirty rooms, dirty wc, dirty pool, dirty beachAC doesn't work properly

The hotel room was clean, comfortable and quiet. I had a nice view on the sea. Personal was pleasant and helpful to any requests. WiFi connection is available on all the territory and is stable

There's the same melody playing at the restaurant. I am okay with classic music and compositions. But it's always good to improve and change musical experience

Everything was good especially the beach, i like it so much

The air conditioner does not cover all corners of the room, especially the area containing the single bed and sofa bed so it was so hot ?

Snack bar was good. Sea and pool are ok.

There are lizards, spiders and cockroaches everywhere. Furniters are outdated. Everything is old and they don’t function well. I saw a big lizard in front of the doors. There were spiders in our hotel room. Don’t leave your window open, a cat may sleep in your bed. Air conditioner doesn’t work in Room 3008. They serve the same food and desserts every day. The worst desserts in the world. All of them taste like plastic. Food quality is too low. I probably ate the worst foods in this hotel. Menu looks rich but nothing is good. If you can find 1-2 average food in every meal, you’re lucky. This hotel is only for Russians. If you have European, American or Turkish background, you’ll be bored. Everything was made to please middle-class Russians. Hotel management is horrible. We asked for a favor to check out 1 hour late and they asked to charge us for 10 American dollar. If you like low quality and insects, you can gladly visit this hotel.

All inclusive resort with very friendly staff - receptionists, restaurant, spa center, beach - all very super friendly and made a stay more fun! Quiet, with nicely setup territory. Beach is great - there is plenty of space both to sunbath and to swim

Bathroom in the room wasn't well ventilated and has a damp smell.

Impressive Place. Food and drink were amazing and plenty. Rooms and the facilities are being cleaned everyday. Very well-run resort with customers come first. Facilities are really good. Can't find any fault. My children loved the place

The property is very clean staff are very helpful the one’s that could understand English more than others. Plenty entertaining pool side also Amex where very helpful if you needed transportation.

There is a mini supermarket within the hotel and a small zoo of caged animals, such as hens, turkeys and birds and rabbits, ducks etc.

the hotel is really old and outdated in terms of furnishing. However, it is kept clean to his best ability. The bathroom the shower and the sink needs an upgrade as soon as possible. The beds weren’t too bad but the noises from next door could be heard in the bathroom in your room. we had ants in our bedroom which took all over the room. Luckily our stay was only for four days. The towels and the sheets were changed every other day and it did have stains on it. The hotels rooms were scattered across their land and were all three floor houses with the bedrooms located. Unfortunately no lifts were available and you would have to walk up and down the stairs. The food was not great and it did not have much variety. We were food poisoned and had to be hospitalised and therefore I would avoid poultry and dairy.

Location and private beach was a bonus.Anımals in cages were great for children to view

Food was repetitive every other day. Although hygiene was in place, the presentation (no foods were kept cool for example ın fridge etc) combined with the heat was not good enough to keep the food fresh. Unfortunately my whole family (x3 rooms) was food poisined and had to visit the hospital.

MASSAGE: great professional masseurs and unique experience of hamam/Turkish Bath, all staff is AMAZING!!!!! Raisa is a great guide and helps a lot around the area too! Massage parlor boss is very kind and a great resource too: he will give info on affordable taxi etc. Do get sold to a package of massages, Turkish Bath, facials: not only it saves you $ but also you will probably not get a better massage anywhere in the world for such an affordable price. The masseurs give all of their skills and energy to their clients and love what they do.HAIR SALON: do support an amazing stylist right next to the restaurant. Very thorough and affordably priced. He is the earthquake survivor who lost all his business back home.FOOD: fresh, local, plentiful for 17 hours a day, beautifully cooked and presented, restaurant staff is the most kind and hardworking, always smiling even doing the most tedious jobs. God bless them.HOTEL: well maintained green lawn, splendid trees / bushes and colorful houses, minimalistic comfy ergonomic rooms, beautiful swimming pools and even water slides, walking distance to the great beach, multiple drink/food/snack stations including authentic and all FREE; multiple entertainment programs throughout the day, atmosphere of love towards the guests of any nationality. Walking distance to multiple restaurants and shopping, turn right.ZOO, wow!STAFF: the best , kindest personnel working day and night (!), shampooing or hosing down the territory and managing the restaurantBest experience ever!

Restaurant Chef Murat could be kinder to guests and to his most amazing restaurant and hotel staff. Happy personnel means happy guests. Please, chef Murat, treat others with respect and understanding. Everything else about restaurant is perfect! The Day of Türkiye was really impressive!Zoo: could the animals please have fresh grass and hay daily and in abundance, which is free of charge from lawn mowing clippings. The birds and rabbits seem to fight for food. Also a sun shade sail over the pond area will protect them better from summer heat. But it is a nice touch to have the Zoo in the hotel, this is why I booked. Thank you!

Very friendly receptionists, Nur was very kind and helpful,we had a room with see view,,thank you!Everything was very good,close to the beach,plenty of delicious food,,(all inclusive, actually ultra all inclusive),activities for kids,activities for adults, for a good vacation with families this is the hotel you need!Thank you!

Everything was very good!

The location. The pools were great and right on the beach.

It was too noisy.

I had a good apartment in main building.

I had a view to main scene so it was a noise till 23:00. Good thing is it didn’t last longer.

it's terrible when karaoke is in the evening.I didn’t like when people pull out a sun lounger directly to the sea and block the passage.

I was travelling alone and did not expect that I will be given the best room with a large sea view balcony!) I was happy to stay there!)

- clean and big room with a comfortable bed- a lot of activities organized from the hotel ( dart, volleyball, disco and more)- clean pools and private beach - good food variety and quality for the price paid ( all inclusive )- spa area is clean and has good and friendly staff as well as affordable massages

- staff is not speaking any other languages then Turkish and Russian

We got our room immediately, the staff in reception is kind and smiley . They helped us with all of our requirements. Especially Funda , Chengizhan and Barysh.
