Everything was exceptional, personal asistent Yaroslav was really polite, he helped us with figuring everything out, hotel personal too. The food was delicious, we will be back.

Great location. Food was amazing. Especially Ottoman a la carte was my favorite restaurant. Staff were friendly. Family friendly facility. We definitely come back again.

Spectacular Holiday destination. Everything was perfect, from the friendly staff and personal assistant to the amazing facilities.

Air conditioning was a slight problem. But the team corrected the issue quickly.

We liked everything ?

The location was good, close to the beach and to Alara Grand Bazar for last minute water sports stuff. They dedicate a person to help out with hotel related issues on WhatsApp. That was really the only way to get the hotel to do something. Food options were good.

The cleanliness of the rooms leaves a lot to be desired! There was a used loofa in the shower the day we checked in, along with some baby toys that were just left there. The daily cleaning was just a quick make up of the beds (if that). We had to remind them to top up the mini bar, and even had to request drinking water! We complained about the cleaning, but nothing was done.

Airco was not working for the rooms, the central system was off because the "hot season" hadnt started yet.The noise from the amphitheatre and disco was loud until 11 or 1130pm. So to sleep before then was nearly impossible. Either keep the balcony door closed and be hot, or keep the balcony door open and hear the loud music.Shampoo and shower soaps were low quality.Japanese a la carte restaurant was not nice, sushi out of the fridge.

‏This hotel is truly one of the best I’ve ever stayed at. It has great access to the beach, and every day they offer a wide variety of high-quality food. The food court was especially impressive. The spa and massage services were also excellent. There’s even a doctor at the hotel who can check on you and arrange a hospital visit if needed. Everything was great!

Just ‏keep in mind that if you’re looking for a quiet place with fewer children around, this might not be the best fit. But overall, it was a fantastic experience and I really enjoyed my stay.

Beach area small and congested. Fun area again very small, limited stuff, long queues to get a turn. Overall the place appear huge in the photos then what it is in reality.

The beds Are very comfortable and the room service is nice with making sure everything is clean. The hotel staff is very nice and kind asking is how we are and making sure everything is good. The people are all very welcoming and open to get to know you.

Staff at the hotel was really nice,attentive and they will take a good care of you. The kids club can be highly recommended. All the facilties in the hotel are great for kids and the whole family. We enjoyed our stay throughout!!!

Cleaning ladies were amazing, very respectful and extremely nice:) Personal agent idea was also helpful, you could ask any questions you want without leaving room:) Main diner service- our server was very helpful, he remembered us and what we drink, he truly built a strong relationship with us:) Also manager at gaming room- always smily, happy with positive energy:)

Bold guy working for spa was very pushy, making me feel uncomfortable. Additionally, so many children without any manners, running around, pushing people, taking billiard tables for hours without even knowing how to play…

The resort itself is nice ,facilities are good ,staff polite ,at times a little rude,but I guess ..end of season..everyone had enough..the food in the main restaurant was good,always fresh and for everyone’s taste ..

The evening shows a bit chip for such high rated hotel,the disco after the shows in the garden was the same almost every day…the DJ should have a wide knowledge about what kind of music to play for people to be on the dance floor

It is probably one of the best hotels in the tourist trap also known as Antalya-Alanya. You would enjoy your stay if you'd actually get the room you paid for and be placed in the hotel you paid for. The hotel is less crowded by Antalya-Alanya standards (by any other standards it is very crowded). The food on the main dining hall was very good, nothing to complain about. Didn't even need to go to the restaurants. Sand beach. Staff was very helpful. Pianist in the lobby. It is clean and pleasant. Internet was good. It is even working on the beach.If I'm in the area again, I think I would stay here again.

Being placed in a different hotel on arrival, about 30 min walk from this one, which was filled with partying drunks screaming outside my window until midnight. The staff there pretended not to understand English, but somehow understood everything except the request to put me into a quieter room. There were many many people they placed into the party hotel. Whole families with children had days taken away from vacation. Lots of guests complaining that they were promised a big room but got much smaller room than expected. The rest are not deal breaker issues but I think prospective guests have the right no know. The room with a side view had a view at the gray concrete wall, which was filling the view 100%. Do not pay for the room with side view! It is a scam. You can see the sea only if you stand in a particular corner of the balcony and look over another grey wall. Spa employees trying to sell you their services are beyond annoying. Room service doesn't not replace dirty towels with clean, or dirty glasses with clean, or refill water bottle, even if they are explicitly asked to do these. They just take away dirty towels.

The hotel is great for family vacations, and the location is excellent with a private beach. The hotel offers a variety of dishes, including vegan options, meat, and both local and international cuisine.We found activities for every member of the family; the kids enjoyed the kids' club and evening activities. For adults, there are plenty of options, ranging from leisure activities to sports like CrossFit.I would definitely consider this hotel again in the future.

Communication before arriving could be improved, especially if the reservation is made through Booking.com. It seems that the hotel had difficulty managing these reservations and was unable to make any changes prior to our arrival. I believe that customer service for reservations could be enhanced.Furthermore, I recommend double-checking the booking offer with the hotel before arriving, as some of the conditions listed on Booking.com differed from what we actually received. The hotel staff mentioned that the booking information was not updated and that communication between them and Booking.com was not functioning properly.

great food, large territory with lots of amenities, great children's playground, live music on a few nights during the week

indoor pool heating wasn't working, room cleaning was average, some of the equipment in the fun club is not working properly, spa could use some cleaning and repairs

Very clean and a very nice beach and facilities. We enjoyed the evening shows very much!!!
