Lofts Alanya Luna

This apart hotel is one of my FAVOURITE places to stay at when visiting alanya. I stay here all the time. It’s clean, the rooms are big, the staff are always pleasant and friendly. Honestly would highly recommend staying here!!

Staff great - helpful (makes life easy if you use Google translate) Balcony and views good. Location central. Next door to bus station directly into Alanya. Shopping centre directly underneath. London Bar beneath is great (we went everyday). WiFi good. It is a great price and a comfy place to stay but no frills. Lift up to room. Try to get a room on the corridor near reception so you get views over the bus station/ Eftalia blue hotel, as thats the side the sun rises from the mountains, its glorious. Air Con a God-send!

Very basic- no cups in room, infact nothing in the room comfort wise . TV was broken but they moved us rooms the next day when i asked. Cheap, so you literally get what you pay for, no frills.. but its also cheap & easy for prostitutes to spend a night there with a client so its not unusual to be woken to unwanted noise at 3am! Room not cleaned & towels not changed all week but we managed. Washed them in the shower, hung out and they were dry by the time we got back in an evening. Was robbed at Antalya airport so arrived here feeling sad but made the most if it and Lofts Alanya was ok

Nothing, it was the worst place I stayed ever.

It was the dirtiest room of the dirtiest rooms. Somebody slept on our beds before, dirty sheets, dirty toilet, dirty floors. We couldn’t even touch anything in that room. Even 0 stars is too much for this trash. Avoid at all costs.

No location, no host

It was disappointing as the location was at an Outlet, not a hotel as had been shown on Booking. When I called the property, I could not speak to the host as a robot came in speaking Turkish and I could not understand what he was saying.

There is nothing that could like!

No food at the "hotel" - hostel, even breakfast on the mornings!If your room is on the sun side, then you will be watching a sunrise every morning as there are not dark curtains on windowds!! Only sunblinds rolls, between where was a big gap and sun shines exactly to bed pillows(The airconditioning was working so so, but TOOO loud(Bathroom - if you want to breath a smoke smell and some other smells from ventilation system, welcome to this hostel, partly helped a closed door to bathroom, otherwise the awfull smell was coming in the whole room( l suppose that people from other neighbour rooms were smoking in their rooms.Excess to the hostel is through the lift or the stairs either, but the lift could stopped in the middle of floors, l was stucked once in the lift, help button didn't work, and if it is happened there wasn't network coverage to call someone. Shout for help wouldn't helped. The stairs were blocked of many boxes of shop stuff, as the first and second floors are for the market shops, and there was a one massive garbage from free walking up or down!!(((The stuff do not talk in english or any other language instead of turkish, so google translate was for help in this question!!For a not cheap price for the one night staying or more in this hostel is 1000000% not worth!

The hotel was very good for the price. The best part about my trip was meeting the animation team in ”the island” of Eftalia hotels! They made my whole trip. If you have a upportunity to meet them, Do it! They do all kinds of activitys like sports, foam partys and competitions for the whole family. Because of them I met so many wonderful people. I want to specially thank Cagkan from the animation team for always being happy and positive! He took really good care of us.

when I got there they try to make me pay twice when I’ve already paid on booking.com they said that I have to pay again even after showing them my prove that I have already paid so when it got a bit spicy because I refused to pay again they gave me the key and said that they can see now that I’ve paid, the rooms don’t get cleaned daily like in every other hotel which I think it’s wrong you don’t get fresh towels and if you ask them for fresh towels you get dirty looks of the cleaners, when I was checking out there was also extra charges which wasn’t big but I really couldn’t understand why they were trying to charge me extra as they couldn’t tell me why they just said that there is outstanding balance I just felt like they were trying to have me off

Brand new hotel with clean rooms and in 5 mins from sea.

Very cheap. Host was very good at accomodating our late arrival and communication was great. Finer attention to details and would have given it a 10.

3 guest only gave some things for 2 and no soap in bathroom.
