I was not satisfied with this hotel. When I arrived at the hotel, they had given my room to someone else. When I asked for my own room, they did not help me in any way. They placed me in another room without any connection. I did not like this situation at all.

Exceptional stay – felt like home for almost 2 months!We stayed at Blue Marlin Deluxe Spa & Resort for nearly two months and couldn’t be happier with our choice. From the airport transfer to the warm welcome by the management team at midnight, everything was perfectly organized. Despite the late arrival, we were offered a full dinner and settled into a beautiful, spacious room.The service and hospitality were outstanding. My mother, who has limited mobility, started walking and swimming independently just a few days into the stay — the environment here truly promotes well-being.The restaurant exceeded all expectations — amazing variety, freshness, and creative dishes every day. Between meals, snacks like fresh pide, burgers, pizza, and fruit were always available.The pool area is large and clean, with separate zones for kids and jacuzzi. But the highlight is the private beach area with a pier, sun platforms, showers, and a sea-view bar — perfect for sunset drinks, yoga, zumba, and even painting workshops.We also enjoyed the gym, relaxing spa and hammam treatments, evening white parties, billiards, and other activities. The location is great — just across the road (via a viaduct with elevators) there’s a lovely town with shops, markets, and outlets.Staff at reception speak several languages, and even small issues were handled instantly. Medical help was always available when needed.This is a truly 5-star experience with a personal touch. Thank you to the entire Blue Marlin team — we will definitely return!

An excellent choice for a calm, relaxing, and beautiful stay. We got an amazing upgraded room with a pool view! We truly enjoyed the seaside, the wide variety of food at the restaurant and beach bar, as well as the delicious poolside pizza. The yoga, Zumba, and Latin dance classes with Anzhelika were a real treat.

If you’re looking for a lively party atmosphere, this might not be the right fit. The disco and DJ nights are quite low-key.Cocktails were a bit disappointing and could be improved.

The Hotel and staff impressed us a lot. The service quality was very good, especially the bar and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. The cocktails served at the bar were great and unusual. Hasan Oktar chef, and other bar employees (especially Nisa and Mevlut) prepared wonderful cocktails and drinks, I loved the floral-gin cocktail most. In addition, intern Resul, who brought our drinks to the sunbed and asked for our orders with a smile throughout the day, also impressed us with his service quality. We had nice conversations with him. Generally, in all-inclusive hotels, food is usually not very delicious, but in this hotel, everything in the open buffet was very delicious. The chef, preparing wonderful omelettes with fresh ingredients was serving at the open buffet every morning. The restaurant service was also very good. Mr. Ahmet Güler, who did not keep us waiting even for a second to order and serve our drinks during our dinner, and Mrs. Filiz and Berfin, who served our tea and coffee in the mornings with all their smiles, made us have an amazing experience that we are not accustomed to in open buffet restaurants.Apart from these, the percussion show organized in the evening at the Merlo bar was very nice and the entire bar staff provided super fast service without keeping anyone waiting. The use of all bars-restaurants and sunbeds was limited to hotel guests only, increasing hotel quality. We stayed in family room and the room and all beds were also very comfortable.Last but not least, reservation team helped a lot as well to shift our reservation days in booking.com due to popped up emergency situation.In general, we liked the hotel and the staff very much. I recommend it to everyone and we are thinking of planning another holiday he re.

The only thing we did not like about the room was that the air conditioners were directly across from the bed. All other facilities were super good and comfortable.

From the moment you walked in, you felt the warmth and sincerity in their smiles. One guest, a first-time stayer at this hotel, was impressed with the attention paid to every detail. Whether it was the delicious meals, the comfortable rooms or the personal approach, everything felt perfect. Excellent service and location staff was extremely helpful specially one of the shefs Mr Huseyin Yıldız was very accommodating when he heard my wife was sick went out of his way to cook special food. Well done ???

Location is brilliant. The pier was a great experience with clear water and a shade or a full sun in the individual cabana. The family room which we had was superb and clean with every day mini bar. We would like to say a big thank you to the staff who were amazing and very caring. And finally it’s a special THANK YOU to the manager Yana who was extra attentive to our needs. We will definitely recommend Blue Marlin hotel to our family and friends.

The property is very placed in an area where everything is close I would say. It had a bar in the beach. The desert part of the food was good in general. The staff were nice especially Lana, the property manager). She personally greeted us upon arrival, which was late around 9 pm.

The first thing that I would pick on is how disappointed we were about the food. I was expecting a lot of variety but unfortunately that wasn’t the case. We didn’t really enjoy anything to the meat. It was tasty at all, it was either overcooked or not cooked and the texture was always weird. Also, I was told, this a doctor on facility 24/7. But that wasn’t the case. I went to see him twice and he wasn’t there. The resort is supposed to be all inclusive, but everything other than the food and the room was not included. There is a limited parking space around the resort. And it is street parking. Our room was very small and that really made me mad. I could barely walk around the bed. TV programs didn’t include international channels. We pretty much didn’t use the TV during our stay. The number of toilets towels was very limited and we always were needing more.The AC was very cold due to how small was the room, so we needed a blanket, the one provided to us was rough on our skin.

Food and staff in Blue Marlin are absolutely fenomenal. Food is buffet style through the day. Substantial options for all meals.People working there are so nice and friendly.We really did like our stay .Hotel have a really small beach but beautiful pier with a bar. We really didn't mind lack of the beach.

It might just be my preference but the mattress on the beds are on the harder side and rooms are a bit dated. So you might be a bit disappointed as it doesn't really look like on the pictures but this didn't leave much negative impact on us.

The staff was exceptionally proactive and great. Hotel itself is new and rooms are benefiting from not being derelict and abused.

As someone already mentioned, in the evening sun is not there, only one swimming pool for adult size outdoors, and it is mostly overcrowded. And hogged by some bigger families since around as early as possible. :) This hotel does not benefit from being "Beachfront" as it says in the description. The passage to the beach lays through the " alley of sewage smell" , at least it has marvelous decorations so in the evenings you may be distracted from smell. On a big scale in the last 10 years basic all inclusive nowadays is called "Ultra All inclusive" despite boring repetitive food and mainly served only at specific feeding times. Yet having said all this, Blue Marlin seems like is only holding on by the great people working there, which would go an extra mile, to make your holiday stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible.

We enjoyed very much our holiday at this modern, excellent hotel. Such a holiday would not have been possible without the wonderful staff. The food was excellent and very varied. Our room was very cosy, equipped with quiet air conditioning, a roomy safe and minibar. Sterile cleanliness was maintained throughout the hotel. Loved the pier for swimming, relaxing and evening concerts. I would like to note the very high quality of the audio equipment for concerts and playing unobtrusively music during the day. I can recommend this hotel to music lovers and lovers of dancing. Live music concerts were great. The hotel regularly organises dance master classes and 6 days a week yoga classes. Location is very good: very close to city center and shopping center. I give my 10 points.

Everything was excellent, from the check-in to check-out. At the arrival, we were greeted by Yana, hotel's Guest Relations Manager who kept in contact with us during the stay checking in on us if we needed anything. I have to commend the rest of the staff, they seem to go above and beyond their call of duty to make sure that the guests have perfect experience. We didn't get his name, but the young man with the baseball cap turned around and eyeglasses, working as waiter at the pool area, was exceptionally nice and attentive.The rooms and facilities are very clean, there's a great choice of food, offering both international standards as well as Turkish specialties, fresh locally sourced fruits, as well as great selection of drinks, throughout the whole day.Beach bar and evening activities were great too, with live music shows, big shout out to Frankie Payper who was singing for Afro-Latin night with his band. We're definitely coming back again next year.

There isn't much that we didn't like. Any obstacle or issue that we encountered during our stay was swiftly addressed by the staff, they are the real stars of Blue Marlin, who make it the unique experience it is.

Clean, staff food

Beach, or maybe the false advertisement ? The beach is almost non existent; very small beach front. There s a pier which is being used as a “beach” but if you are looking for white fine sands, this is not the place you should go

We loved all the staff at the hotel, they were very friendly, professional and efficient. The hotel was very clean. The food was very good with variety of food, including all kind of salad, grilled meat and rice and bread.

Everything was just perfect:-cabanas on the pier -food quality -staff -spaWe really enjoyed staying at this place. Regularly we’re not considering returning at the same hotel, but this one is an exception. We’d love to come back! Animation is great. It was not annoying, very nice live music in the evenings, great music during the day. The pier is just the place you don’t want to leave. Food & drinks are great. I managed to injure my leg right before vacations and the hotel provided the wheelchair to me - it was very nice- the road to the beach is not long but may cause trouble if you’re one-legged)

Only size of the room

This is the 2nd time we deliberately choose the hotel and come there:1. very 'non-standard' turkey offering with a stylish concept concerning everything: music, vibe, entertainment, facilities - ppl with a very good taste worked on hotel's image (=2. great food, really delicious with an enormous choice3. alcohol is rich in quality, you have original bottles and no fake ones; cocktails look and taste decent4. good and unobtrusive service5. rooms are very clean

alles gut!!maybe some spare activities could be created for Sundays (aka silent day) however I understand that hotels stuff also need to relax at least once per week ahh, also there is only 1 massaging lady available, hence the queue is big. maybe we need then two? its just remarks, these two points will not influence my excellent rating given to the hotel again and again
