Nice hotel, staff was lovely and the food was great, I recommend eating at the Italian restaurant and asking for the burrata pizza!

P E R F E C T place!!! We were a bit nervous about the hotel being isolated, but we loved it so much. The beach was incredible, the restaurant was fantastic, and the crew was very very welcoming. We will definitely be back.

The accommodation alone was spectacular. The view from the bedroom with the big open window was the best part for me. The outdoor shower, just everything about that accommodation was absolutely beautiful.

I can’t say there was anything I didn’t like! 10/10 experience. The staff were so amazing and friendly and accommodating. I cannot wait to return

Breakfast was great. Food in general good but expensive. Quality not consistent.

Spa experience. Couldn’t do a manicure as the nail polish was too thick from the heat. Should be kept cold! Massage was very good though.

Outstanding location between a beach and the jungle. No car, really resourcing, nice restaurants on the beach.

The staff do their best but don't speak English well enough to respond to requests. The hotel had told us before arrival that they could provide us with a babysitter : on the morning of the appointment, they just asked a random member of staff to stay with our 2 and a half year old son. We came back 3 hours later, he hadn't moved or done any activity and had obviously spent some time on a tablet. No one was able to tell us a word on what they did during this time or why he was crying when we returned. When we reported it to reception no one saw the problem and the baby-sitting was of course billed. We had a few other comprehension problems that spoiled the stay a bit.

Very remote- not close to anything else (which in itself is very relaxing). Just consider if you want alternative food options.We felt the food in the restaurant lacked flavour (westernised) and was overpriced for what it was/compared to other local places.

Stunning views, perfect for a remote, romantic getaway. This is a place to get away and enjoy what it has to offer - a private beach, yoga with a view, kayaking or SUP, and simply soaking up the resort.

Not the best place to stay if you want to explore the island on your own. The hotel offers day trips and such but are quite pricey.

The beach the best thing about the property that was until the tide went out then you couldn’t see the sea let alone go in it , and the small swimming pool was over run by screaming children

When you arrive the entrance is like prison camp .The villas are up a steep hill not all of them but many of them , so you need to be fit , the tide goes along way out , and it’s over run by screaming children, the road to the property is rough and although at first is a novelty it soon becomes a nightmare ,

The facilities were largely restricted to the the Bay Area which is beautiful but small. No opportunity then for a long beach walk. also beach shoes required at times to get into and out of the sea.

Everything about Paradise Koh Yao is beautiful. Very courteous staff, aesthetic rooms and landscapes, we enjoyed every minute of our stay. Ideal place to relax and rejuvenate.

Calm and quiet location, surrounded by nature, beautiful surroundings. Very good breakfast and excellent thai food at restaurant. Very nice hotellrooms, including nice, big batthroom with jacuzzi. The staff was kind and attentive and we felt welcomed.

The hotel is very far away from everything so you have to eat and drink at the hotel restaurants which are expensive. There were too few sunbeds available. The beach is quite nice when the tide is high but mostly it was low tide during the day when we were there and the beach was not nice then, a lot of rocks. The water was not clear. The staff at the restaurant was kind and I am sure they tried their best, but it was disturbing that they time after time got our orders wrong or they they just came with a part of what we ordered and we needed to remind them time after time.

Tranquility at its finest! After 18 months we returned to this gem in the Gulf of Thailand. Few places, if any, are this genuinely fantastic in every way. We are a traveling family with young teenagers. Visited countless places around the globe. We will return to this paradise soon. Thanks again, Paradise KohYao. The location was beautiful. Peaceful and isolated from the hustle of the main islands of Thailand. The hotel staff were very helpful. There were a lot of activities that we could do. We got a private candle light dinner arranged on the beach. The food was delicious.
