Premier Inn Dubai Silicon Oasis - An Emirates Group Company

Cleanliness and Piece of stay

Online direct booking is difficult

Returned here after a couple of days. Good place to stay in DSO

Returned here after after couple of days stay. This time check-in experience wasn't pleasant and Emma was not very welcoming. Car parking area was full most of the time when I checked.

It was a short stay, room was comfortable. Mhammed was helpful.

This time if didn't like any thing because i have booked this hotel through booking.com with breakfast and paid advance amount for that but at hotel reception they said my booking was with out breakfast. Also room rent is too much high as compare to facilities, hotel location and facilities, i don't consider it a value worth deal.

i have asked for a quite room but room has full noise from out side construction, later they changed my room to the inner circle of hotel but it has more noise through out the night because of AC chillers or generator which i have complain in the mid night but nothing has changed.

Well location is ideal. The room is okay and the breakfast is good.

Actually I can't think of something that I don't like. I prefer to book again on your hotel on my next travel to dubai.

Hospitality of the staff is great.

Room generally good, but the interior and furniture are bit old type. And better if you can assist the guest for luggage carrying to room while check in.

I would like to thank all the staff below for their cooperation with me during my stayThanks to: Mehyar, Hamza, Mohamed,Jassen,Ghita and Gale. All of you are a great staff.

The way how Night, Ghita, Aenan and Hamza offered me true hospitality by solving all me kind request. This hotel has evrithing what a business travler or turist in Dubai may need, those are facts writen how there realy are, because my main profesion is journalim.

Cleanness and customer service are top notch. Hotel is within reach to any traveller’s needs. From super market to restaurants and even a shopping mall. Special thanks to Hamza, Mhamed and Gale for their exceptional customer experience.

Thanks for mehyar and shorouq and hamza and afnan ghita mhamed very helpfull

Nice comfortable room, good location Great staff, very friendly, helpful and accommodating!

Could have been more clean - roomsweren’t thoroughly vacuumed, dust settled under the bed was visible

Deal was value for money, housekeeping staff was very goodWI Fi was also good

Room was small, location was very far away from the main tourist attractions. Metro also not there .Front desk staff was not good. Bus also not available, taxi was the one and only option. There is shuttle facility for nearest Metro station mentioned on listing of this property but there is no such facility available there

The hotel was clean.friendly staff.Location not crowded

Hard to find good restaurants in this area

Unfortunately its not like before

The room was not clean at all, the towels was on the ground, no valet parking, its too dirty and expensive compared to the value you will get

Location is quiet calm. Room is neat and clean. Good experience

Almost everything was wonderful. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, the room was spotless, and the breakfast was excellent. We truly enjoyed our stay.

The room felt a little compact for a family stay, though it was very comfortable and well maintained.

Clean , polite staff, value for money

The breakfast was just ok. The rooms and bathrooms are a bit small.

Room, Breakfast, Location were all nice. No complaints vis a vis any other hotel we've ever stayed in, anywhere in the world. Staff was super pleasant and effiicent and helpful.

Staff was super pleasant and effiicent, but unwilling / unable to think even slightly outside the box. On the day of our checkout, we were leaving for a meeting at 9 am ( check out is at 11 am or 12 noon) and we spoke to staff quite a bit while waiting for our taxi. Nobody reminded us that our checkout was that day. My colleague who had made the booking mistakenly remembered that our checkout was for the day after. We came back at 5 p.m. after our meetings told the reception that our checkout was the next day, and that is when they said - no, your checkout was today. Charged us 100 AED for 6 p.m. checkout. When asked why they didn't inform us at 9 a.m., they said hotel policy is only to call the room 15 mins prior to check out time. Obviously we were not in the room when that call was made, as we were outside for our meetings. As a hotel that must surely be catering to mostly business visitors ( given its location), maybe the checkout reminder policy needs to be changed to '9 a.m. of the day of checkout'.

It’s a nice small and clean hotel .

There is no view from the hotel .

Parking and access to the rooms were quite easy and comfortable. Staff is friendly. Rooms and overall facility was clean.

there is construction going on around this hotel that was uncomfortable. some basic necessaties like microwave and toiletarries were not present.
