Fujairah Rotana Resort & Spa - Al Aqah Beach

I had an excellent experience during my stay at this resort. The place was extremely clean, the staff were all friendly and welcoming, and the entire atmosphere was calm and beautiful. It’s a perfect destination for relaxation, and I truly enjoyed every moment of my visit. Highly recommended!

The breakfast and dinner buffets offered a good variety of dishes, but at times the chicken and meat were not cooked thoroughly enough.

Excellent customer care from the minute I stepped in although Booking.com didn’t meet my requirements.Staff took over immediately and managed the issue efficiently. The place is safe for kids The restaurant team are friendly I highly recommend this resort.Special thanks to the below staff for their professionalism and support.Sara MarzoukNadima Nora at the restaurant she is a sweet heart.

Food was not great with options and quality.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful (especially the receptionists, Nadima and Marzouk). The location was perfect for vacation. Overall, I'd highly recommend the hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The location and the facilities that were available at the property. We got upgraded to a bigger room which was nice of the team

The in room delivery service can be enhanced. We had to call multiple times for extra towels and water

Great facilities for Families with kids

The food at the All day dining restaurant was below average .. so much to do in FB there

The staff, beach, room, everything was amazing

Staff friendliness

Buffet food choices.. limited and low quality

The location is picturesque, one cannot imagine the sight seeing. One side mountain and other side beach. What better you can ask for

There could have been more choices towards Indian food

Nice resort but outdated now

Half board option is not worth it, dinner buffet on both nights was not up to a standard of 5 star

Exceptional House keeping. Namely Sujan.

Breakfast and lunch is below expectations

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I stayed two nights at Fujairah Rotana Resort & Spa, and this was my third time visiting Fujairah. I really love this hotel! The beach is absolutely beautiful and very clean, and the pool is amazing and well maintained. The animation team was fantastic – great music, fun activities, and such a lively atmosphere. Everything was perfect, from the service to the relaxing vibe. I truly enjoyed my stay and I will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

The whole package of this space is just on point and mesmerizing! I personally enjoyed everything about it!From the friendliness of the constant smiling staff, to the mini complementary gestures here and there, the yummy food, the clear cyan sea, the soft sand, the clean furniture, the vibe as a whole, etc..The team even responded to my special requests in wishing my partner an amazing birthday by providing nice gestures in our room from a birthday piece of cake, to a happy birthday wishing card, a nice cake shape made of towels, and more! You guys rocked honestly!

I would just comment on the price. As much as I would understand the specific destination location and high season requirements, I found it a tiny bit expensive (for the 1 night booking - but thats just my thoughts about it)However the prices of the meals in the restaurants are quite affordable and flexible + portions are fulfilling.

Spacious and nice sea view

Received a call at night time, just to check if all is good

Beach, food, rooms.

Everything was perfect.

The location was very good, you have the best beach and sea in Fujairah for sure. The cleanness of room and hotel are very focused by management, you can see it seriously. The kids club was amazing? I saw any age of kids enjoying with different type of activities and games. The pool and animatiom team was superb, they never got tired to entertain people. I'd like to send my special thanks to;Ms Mariel - Very kind and friendly person, she was the reason my daughter liked kids clubMs Nyein - Amazing housekeeping service and thanks a lot for support givenMr Saurabh - He was the survivor in very busy nights of Sharkey's bar, we would be starving if he didnt service exceptionally by himself alone against 20 tablesMs Wah Wah - the smiling face of Mozaique restaurant, very kind and beautiful person who gets whatever you need during your lunhc/dinnerMr Mostafa - Thanks for Volleyball and Funny animation/dance activities

The food in Mozaique restaurant should be improved, we stayed 3 nights and we had mainly chicken and fish rather than beef. The breakfast was fine but I'd prefer to see more variety for kids especially.

I like the reception, they were very professional and helpful. Complimentary coffee served in the waiting time. The room was really nice. It was clean, nicely decorated with all the amenities and the view from the balcony was tremendous. The staff were so helpful. Best Swimming pool with a drink bar. A kid's zone is also available there. It's a complete package for a couple or family.

No valet parking

The resort is just great for families with small kids. The pools are perfect, the beach is incredible, and the rooms are large and comfortable.I would like to thank everyone for the great, professional, and warm welcome.Special thanks to Ismail at reception, and to Mohammad, who kindly met us at the airport and brought us to the resort despite our two-hour delay.I also want to thank Esther for patiently answering all my questions before our arrival.A heartfelt thanks to all the restaurant staff as well – truly warm and highly professional.

I believe there is still room for a few small improvements: the food (as it tends to be the same meals every day), the sun loungers, and the beach/pool towels.

Nice staff but overall overpriced, breakfast had really poor selection

Nice place , nice beach , some of the staff are hard working and very nice .The stay in general was enjoyable,

Unnecessary delay in check in , the open buffet restaurant need much improvement regarding the variety and quality of food especially the dinner, the room generally is clean but the floor rug need deep cleaning , the room is noisy and not well isolated.
