It was very good value for money. Even though the place is a bit outdated, the bedding was clean and the room was clean. Great place to sleep if you are on a budget.

Every thing the money value and the staff and the location

The the receptionist hospitality and the restaurant hospitality.

The bed I choose king size but they give 2 single bed they just attach it together but the problem the whole in the middle make us uncomfortable to sleep for me and for my husband and kids.

Staff experience was excellent. Special thanks to Nema from the front desk he was so helpful, polite and hospitable.

Good value for money.Good location and easy reach to all destinations in Al Aqah.It was clean and quiet and all staff were very friendly.Nice big walk-in shower.Big bed and comfortable.

The food was average.The decor was dated (table had seen better days)Door stop in the room was missing the rubber so, you could easily injure your foot if you stand on it.No overflow connected in the sink so the water just ran out onto the floor.Water pressure in the show and sink low so basin takes an age to fill and showering takes a while.

The location is easy to find and facilities are readily available. Staff are polite and helpful.

Huge improvement from the last time I booked. My previous stay last year was fine, normal. The place is clean and cannot complain for the price. Breakfast served, good and fair for the price. This time I noticed huge improvement, like the AC perfectly working (just make sure the windows are fully closed, curtains down when the sun is facing directly to avoid humidity - summer heat feels like 50C lol). Room is clean and neat, shower rooms complete with toiletries (dental kit to be requested at the reception). The staffs were all friendly, approachable and are always attentive to any request. I must say they have improved a lot this year. I will definitely stay here again, it is near to open beach access- restaurants and small stores nearby.

the reception was accommodating, when we requested a little lee way time to late check out because we are diving they agreed, since we also had a very late check in.

there are rooms for improvement. the breakfast is a bit expensive so we did not had one.

I gave full mark rating not for luxury. I gave it cos this hotel serves a specific purpose.This hotel is fairly decent and cheaper than other options. If ur purpose is just having a roof over ur head close to Al Aqah, then it is what u need. No great view, no great location, no outstanding amenities.Rooms are acceptable, it is calm, many restaurants and supermarkets around.This hotel is ur budget friendly practical option in Al Aqah, and for that purpose specifically, it deserves 5 stars.

Nothing. Fits it's purpose for a short stay

It was nice! Worth 3 hours drive from Abudhabi! It was value for money where it was easy to pay for daypass for snoopy island & explore the city!!!?????

No hot water , Air Condition were terrible and hole on the sheet and pillow cover

Great location with a couple of minutes' drive to the beach; many restaurants / food options available nearby; swift check-in and check-out; very friendly staff. An excellent option for vacation, especially if you prefer to stay away from the hustle and bustle of metropolises. The breakfast was ala carte but had enough options; we loved it! Strongly recommended for families, friends, solo travelers, everybody!

The Staffs from the Front office , Housekeeping , Pool Side all are very Help full, Location was excellent where we need to be , beside the hotel are are needs to be cleaned,

The TV was not working and staff was not able to fix , Safe was not working and reception Staff advised they have same issues with some other rooms , The Furniture in room are very old.

Cheap, not clean, everything is either loud or doesn’t work.

No towels on check in, room was never made up, hot water didn’t work, AC makes a loud unbearable sound and constant drilling/construction work early morning.
