We really enjoyed the location of the property, snoopy island and the beautiful beach! They also offered us a late checkout complimentary and also accommodated the request for a birthday cake in the room which was very sweet of them!

I had a truly wonderful stay at Royal M Gewan Hotel. Everything was perfect—from the elegant atmosphere to the outstanding service. The staff were incredibly warm, professional, and attentive, making me feel genuinely welcomed throughout my stay. Exceptional hospitality and great attention to detail. I’m already looking forward to coming back again.

Really, all was amazing

Breakfast was just okey. Other than normal coffee, all other coffees you have to pay extra. No fresh juices, just canned juices. They had 4 restaurants and everything was expensive. Beach bar drinks were expensive and they are using just canned juices and other mixes.

Facilities and food were amazing as well as the services.

Great location, amazing beach. Very nice sauna and steam rooms. Good breakfast. Nice staff. Nice pool. Nice big and clean room.

Breakfast can have more options for Indians. Jacuzzi was not having hot water. Difficult to use it with cold water. Pool does not have depth.

Absolutely wonder service, Ainura and the team were fantastic and made the stay so special with all their little surprises. Beautiful views , Villa and breakfast was amazing.

We had lunch on Sunday for 110 AED. The selection was limited and underwhelming, and several of the main dishes were already cold, even though we arrived promptly at 12:30.

booking was not reserved despite it was confirmed before going and they had to upgrad our rooms due to unavialibility of our booking dinner cousine was not as expected

The rooms were really big in size and comfortable, with all the necessities available.

The room was exceptional! Very spacious, big balcony with sea view, shower and bath were great! The staff even put a complementary happy birthday cake in the room for us :D The sauna was lovely

The TV was not a smart TV so we could only watch the live channels which were mostly in Arabic. The Spa was nice but the jacuzzi was cold and we could only use it for 1 hour each day and before 2pm. The rooftop bar was closed due to rain but that was just unfortunate :)

The room was big and spacious

Beach bench area was poorly organized and served. Poor kitchen.

We stayed here as a couple for New Year’s Eve and had a truly wonderful experience.A special mention goes to the receptionist Latifa, who welcomed us very warmly and immediately recognized us from our previous stays. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional, and she supported us a lot when we decided to extend our stay, making sure we could keep the same room. Her personal attention made our stay especially pleasant and stress-free.The sea was beautiful, with very warm, clean, and clear water, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings.The hotel was clean, comfortable, and ideal for a relaxing holiday. Thanks to the great service and friendly staff, our New Year’s stay was memorable.We would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel.

The position and the view was super

• cleanliness & Pest Control: There were flies present inside the private villa, which is unacceptable for a luxury stay.• Housekeeping Service: The service was slow and inefficient; there were significant delays in responding to housekeeping requests.• Breakfast Variety: The breakfast menu was disappointing and limited. There was a notable lack of fresh options, specifically salads.• Food Service Standards: The food presentation and service delivery were unprofessional and did not meet the expected standard.

this was my 4th times stay in same property, Recently management has been changed & find some discomfort during stay. Breakfast was Good, Male staff very helpful and good to talk, But on Reception lady staff was very rude and not helpful. Location In better,

Many things could be better than what we use to gets during stay.

Absolutely everything about this hotel was outstanding—from the moment we arrived until check-out. Latifa at the front desk truly lived up to her name; she was warm, welcoming, and a pleasure to interact with. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very relaxing.The New Year’s Eve party was truly extraordinary—everything from the setup and food to the atmosphere and attention to detail was exceptional. This is definitely a place we would love to return to. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality and for making our stay so special.

The staff is what made the magic happen

The three bed room villa is honestly two with a maids room and the master bedroom had a bathtub with no shower.. and the tiles are slippery when coming in from the tiny private pool

This property is far from 5*, possibly 3*. It’s basic, with below average cleaning and food. The staff tries their best but seems disinterested. The beach is good, but there was smoke in our villa at midnight from the server room, disturbing our sleep and frightening us with our young children. Despite this, no one apologized for the situation.

This beachfront hotel near Snoopy Island is a true hidden gem. Waking up to the sound of the waves and stepping straight onto the beach felt like a dream. The sea here is crystal clear, calm, and full of life — snorkeling is a must.The highlight of our stay was swimming alongside sea turtles, literally just a few meters from the shore. It’s an unforgettable experience to float peacefully in the water and watch these beautiful creatures up close in their natural habitat.The atmosphere is relaxed and authentic, perfect for disconnecting from city life. The rooms are comfortable, the views are stunning, and the staff are warm, friendly, and always happy to help. Everything feels unpretentious and genuinely welcoming.If you’re looking for a place where nature, the sea, and tranquility come together — with the rare bonus of snorkeling with turtles — this hotel is an excellent choice. We will definitely be coming back!

The sauna and hammam took quite a long time to warm up, and it took some time to locate items we had accidentally left by the pool. Apart from these minor issues, the staff were kind, helpful, and genuinely friendly.
