JAZ Miramar Al Aqah

The room was comfortable, well maintained and clean, which made the stay enjoyable. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel also has a good, lively vibe with lots of activities and food options. We stayed during Christmas time, during this time the staff put so much effort to make the festive season special, there was a true Christmas spirit throughout the hotel. They had carols, festive treats and other wonderful surprises. It truly made the experience unforgiving. I would happily stay here again!

There was not anything that we did not like.

The pool

My booking was including breakfast . The restaurant opens only at 7 am . I wanted to leave before 7 so I asked for breakfast box but it was one small croissant . Juice and one apple

Beautiful, comfortable, very nice staff

It just feels a bit outdated and the pool was closing super early in comparison to other hotels in the region. It was odd.

The location and the exterior were good

We got half board so dinner and breakfast. The food was almost inedible!!! The options were very little and it was not matching every taste. The food was bland, the cutlery and glasses smelled. For the price charged it was so surprising to have such below standard food. All the sweets tasted like eggs. The chicken was fishy. The meet was chewy. The pancakes were plasticy. Only their tater tots in breakfast were good and the cheese and mortadella because well those are ready bought !! And for dinner no drinks were included even though their prices are not low. And for the breakfast we were four and we agreed to pay for the extra person because we booked for 3. One of us got sick right before eating and went back and we told them she got sick and they saw it, yet they asked us to pay and didn’t even care that she got sick. I think the only thing that was good was the staff at the reception and the welcoming hosts.

Peaceful and quiet, food and drinks at pocket friendly prices. Staff very polite and helpful.. beautiful pool very comfortable beds

Rooms are a bit outdated

Location was magnificent

Food wasnt great in the main restaurantExtremely difficult to do early and late chick in and out.

Very friendly staff, hotel is very clean and relaxing with a nice beach

Beautiful beach and food and room

Non

Welcoming Staff (Sunday was amazing!?) .. and very good location

Old facilities , not so comfy bed (hard), very small bathroom for the price

Great stafff and great food, amazing facilities

A bit worn down, rooms needs to be revamped. And they should keep the pool open longer.

We found lazar in our room and at night my sister saw little hamster

We found lazar in our room and at night my sister saw little hamster I found my car scratches from the front

Well maintained property with excellent pool and private beach. The suits we booked were very good, right at the beach. Most importantly, the staff were very courteous and very welcoming.

There were very few activities at the property. Probably some sport would have added pleasure

The beach was amazing and very clean. Even though, the temp was high, staff are making sure we were comfortable. The room was excellent and clean. Their staff were truly a delight and served us with a smile. The management gave us a surprising upgrade for our room and we are very thankful!

We wish we could have checked their facilities before going. We love playing tennis, and they have a nice court. but we were not able to play bec we don’t have the proper shoes.

Great facilities and beautiful location

Very disappointing service in general, specially with check-in and out, having to wait very long time without proper information, and get wrongly charged for item not consumed in the room.Breakfast is average, but the Italian restaurant provided good options and service.

Good variety at breakfast and multiple choice restaurants. Friendly staff, quick to respond.

Everything about the resort was amazing — from the friendly staff to the beautiful beach and the clean, refreshing water ?

There are a few minor improvements that could enhance the experience, such as offering better olive oil during breakfast.

Property was nice however AC was not good .

Property is nice and people are great . Sunday , shawky . Mahmoud . Doaa and Amal from spa were great and we had an excellent experience for the message . Breakfast was ok . We tried to book for HB but they said only for 3 nights which were strange for me . Product of cocktails around the pool was not good comparing to the price . They didn’t use proper product

The beach, Swimming pool, pool activities and the sport facilities.

The people (staff) working there are very friendly and supportive. They surprised us with a small birthday cake for my son.

Breakfast was good, but not at a five-star rate.Same thing for lunch.

Location

The overall facilities and room conditions. I think the hotel needs to upgrade itself in line with modern standards of its peers in its neighborhood. The hotel rooms and overall quality was just ok but not very good at all. Furniture is old, rooms are dull and bit depressing.
