Good staff, comfortable room, good spa, perfect location

Breakfast was nice. Good location surrounded by quite a few restaurants and bars which I am sure are packed in ski season. Spa was a nice additional included benefit and I had a room close to the spa and other facilities which was nice as there are some quite high up in to the hill. Also managed to get a rebate from booking for a price reduction before my stay which www nice

our room faced the wall but we did know that at booking, it is very close ( but had a nice goat) The rooms are non smoking but people smoke on balconies which comes into adjacent rooms - they should put smokers in only one area or actually enforce no smoking. we did not pay for spa access so cannot comment

My room was cold - the towel rail did not work and was not fixed during my stay

The style it's very modern and we feel confortable as we enter in the hotel.

Location, the room, the restaurant, the breakfast…We haven’t tried the spa unfortunately, we were tight on the schedule.

The parking fee, but it was not a big deal.

Reception was curtly efficient. The room was comfortable and made up by mid-afternoon. The coffee machine was defective but the television worked, eventually(possibly weak batteries in the the remote control) and good, wooden hangers were available on request. Breakfast, included in the room rate, was reasonably generous but cold; the scrambled eggs were runny but fried eggs were available at a charge ( 2 for ChF5) and the toaster warmed the bread. The exercise room in the sauna area was easy to find at the head of fairly steep stairs without hand/guard rail; it did not have a stationary bicycle.

Breakfast slightly disappointing

Rooms were very spacious and spotlessly clean! Great breakfast and bar area. The SPA is indeed the highlight of our stay. Great selection of saunas and the outdoor heated pool facing the mountains is a great treat!

SPA area can get crowded. My experience was better in the morning when there were less people and cleaning was more effective.

I must commend your staff for their friendliness and welcoming attitude. It was clear that they are eager to assist and ensure guests have a pleasant stay. Additionally, I had a lovely time at your spa, which offers a relaxing environment and a good range of services.

Many of the staff members are relatively new and were sometimes unable to provide correct information about the hotel services. Moreover, I believe that spa is in need of a thorough cleaning and some refurbishment. The facilities are beginning to show signs of wear and tear, which slightly diminished the overall experience. A refreshed and spotless environment would greatly enhance the appeal of your spa.

The spa is wonderful and the hotel is very cosy and well placed for hikes in the summer and skiing in the winter

This is a very minor thing: The room without view it actually face a wall but to be honest considering you don’t go there to stay in a room and the rooms are very nice I wouldn’t consider it as an important thing

The spa facilities are really great. The location is great. You absolutely must get a view room. Who knew a “premier” room was just referring to the hotel description. We found that out when we were given a room with a view of a wall.

Like others have stated, some rooms face the back- a hill wall. Totally dark, and not why we came to the mountains! Also, not happy about given room, there was no mention of a $50 Frank up charge, per night! Surprise

Nice stay ,a big choice of sauna , swimming pool outside.Our room was amazing with balcony.

I lost my parking card in the hotelThey charged me 50 euros extra just for One night But that is what the swiss do money money money

The room was very clean and comfortable. And the location is as beautiful as it gets.

Sadly, the big pool in the spa did not have a working heating system, which is understandable, it can happen. But it would have been nice to receive a small compensation for that (a drink at the bar...)

Shower was equipped with a curtain and the floor was spotted. The chairs in the breakfast room are completely worned out, they look miserable.One of the inside pool has metal piece with rust. We went to the spa at first hour, the saunas weren't working or weren't hot, the hammam was just lukwarm, it was not worth staying.
