Sauna availability is erratic, staff are a little cold but still get what you need done

The breakfast was outstanding. So much to choose from and also very clean, quiet and nice. We also enjoyed being able to use the hotel bicycles. The location made it easy to find our way and was convenient to the bus or taxi stands.

Rooms too small

Room was clean and quiet. AC worked well. The bar that you could access from the hotel directly was nice. Plenty of parking space. Breakfast was delicious and there was a lot of variety on offer. Check-in was quick and smooth.

Breakfast was great with plenty to choose from. Everything was clean nad our room was really quiet and comfortable. Temperatures were good, shower good. Overall I was pleased with our stay. I expected as much as this was a bit more expensive, but I liked the hotel.

Elegant furnishings, neutral decor, really friendly staff, very clean and well-kept. Breakfast staff very friendly and understanding even if we were a bit late eating breakfast. Really good and varied food selection at breakfast! All in all, this is a very nice hotel in an excellent location in Mariehamn. Highly recommended.

Lumpy pillows and not able to fasten twin beds into a double one, so they kept gliding apart.

We loved everything. It was close to everything in downtown Mariehamn. The rooms were modern and well kept. The breakfast was excellent. But what sets this hotel apart is the staff. We arrived on a ferry at 7:00AM and though our checkin wasn’t until 3PM they were kind enough to give us an early check-in. And on departure our ferry was leaving at 2:20PM so they gave us a late check out. It was wintertime so perhaps they had more flexibility but the staff had a can do attitude. We would highly recommend this hotel to future guests.

Very nice property in the center of town, an easy walk from the ferry and close to other points of interest. Excellent breakfast. Very welcoming staff. I only stayed one night and wish I had stayed longer.

Hotel location is very good. Tasty breakfast. Big free parking at hotel territory. Beautiful and cozy room. Restaurant located in the hotel building.

Internet speed could be better, but it was ok for browsing.

This hotel is our favourite in Åland.The ambience is relaxed,breakfast is beautifully laid out and tasty.Staff are very welcoming and friendly/helpful.We will be back again.

It was great experience, staff was very friendly and the hotel is very modern, clean and new. The pool and sauna were great.

The swimming pool could be open for free during the day as well. It was available for free only in the mornings.

The location was great. Easy to walk in any direction in Mariehamn. The reception staff were also nice and friendly. Rooms were comfy and clean. Parking space safely away from the street was also nice.

Excellent place to explore Alands. The hotel is at main but pacefull street and has own free of charge parking place. Very nice and helpfull staff, we have been advised on restaurants for dinner. Rich breakfast buffet - strongly recommend hotel for other guests.
