The reception staff is very pleasant and helpful, the hotel is in an ok location, the breakfast is great.

The staff in the restaurant is not very interested, the bed is uncomfortable and saggy, there are traces of mold in the bathroom, the room is not the cleanest but ok

I arrived after a very long day of touristic driving through Serbia. A parking space had been blocked off for me. The hotel manager greeted me warmly by my first name. My arrival had been expected. She was wonderfully cheerful and courteous to a me, a complete stranger, while acquainting me with the restaurant location and my room.

Nothing comes to mind.

On my first day the sewage system had some problems and therefore there was a persistent smell in the bedroom. After claiming it was fixed, the second was OK. Red point to the staff. ?

Loved the design of the hotel and location was good. Had a parking parking space for us ready and they let us plug in our car overnight to charge it. 10/10 customer service. Also the restaurant they have is great

Breakfast is not buffet-style but you can chose one breakfast meal from the menu.One of the waitresses seems to be a bit grumpy.

Our room was large and comfortable - you have more than enough space for 2 people and for your belongings. Location is really good. Also they have a really good restaurant - 100% must visit

Bad

The air condition did not work. The temperature outside was 37 degrees, the temperature in the room was approximately the same. We waited the whole noon to fix the problem. It did not happen. Eventually they advised us to wait for the night - then "the expected temperature should be lower". We left the hotel, and we were told that our request for refund is rejected. So, we had to pay for another overnight.

Location was comfortable for us

Please be informed of the following observations I’d like to share with you: As far as breakfast is concerned, it was served as "à la carte" only. Believe it or not, it would take at least 40(!!!) minutes of a weary wait for our meals to be ready. Therefore, I picked “breakfast included” option. At the end of our staying I was requested to pay for the breakfasts charged as “extras” in my bill. The surcharge was made due to the fact that I had ordered scrambled eggs with ham or cheese subject to “additional costs” (i.e. conventional selections like cheese, ham, tomato, etc.). Please note that nobody had ever warned me about those supplementary charges. In general, please explain what is covered by “breakfast included” package?Furthermore, our stay in the hotel was extended for two days. Upon expiry of the first additional day, we were compelled by circumstances to check out and asked the receptionist to find an opportunity to offer our rooms to any other guests.Please be advised that the extension of the 2 rooms was made until Saturday, however, on Thursday evening the hotel management requested us to check out before 11.00 am on the following day, i.e. on Friday. And that's exactly how it happened. Quite unexpectedly, the receptionist demanded to make the settlement for the extended stay until Saturday rather than Friday. We were fairly indignant why the extra nights should be paid in full while we were leaving one day earlier. The receptionist replied that our rooms had been already sold and they were waiting for the new guests to check in.Does it mean that the hotel received the funds for our rooms twice (i.e. originally from us and afterwards from the new customer)? We had a lengthy discussion with the senior manager but were explained that our case was within the corporate policy of the hotel which is truly outrageous

the location is great, it's 5 min from every important place to sightsee in Cacak. The staff were extremely polite and we had a great stay

The check out is at 11, so that was the only thing that bothered

The apartment was very spacious and good-looking.

It was awfully noisy because of the ventilation of the kitchen of the hotel.

Comfy bed, nice room, nice team

The coffee break area is a smoking zone and it smells cigarette, so be ready to shower after breakfast, and not before.

The accomodation and berakfast were just brilliant. We had 2 level room, everything looked new. Breakfast was nor buffet, but there were about 10 variants to choose from. And we were not bothered with smoking.

Everything was perfect.
