breakfast was good. many choices and options

room size was fine but it did seem a little small but that was probably because of the huge king bed which was very comfortable

Very friendly staff and the rooms were incredibly clean!

Smoking is permitted in the lobby so you can unfortunately smell it in your room if you are staying just above the lobby.

The spa center was by reservation only and involved a lot of extra cost.The window wouldn't stay open.The bed could have been more comfortable.

Everything is clean in the room. The staff is very friendly. It is also good that there is parking in the garage.

The hotel is supposedly rated 4 stars, but it feels more like a 2-star property. When I entered the room, there was a strange (unpleasant) smell. Breakfast is very basic, with limited options. The location isn’t great either — it’s a 30-minute walk to the city center. The spa is not included and costs 50 euros.

Breakfast was fresh and very affordable

The rooms were a little too warm and I couldn’t put the air conditioning on. I was able to open a window so it wasn’t a big problem.

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast was rich.

Close to main road, easy to access. Private parking. Business oriented, close by restaurants and bars

I miss complementary bottle of water (which is low cost but very practical gesture) and breakfast was very limited as options. Being placed in area of one of the best cuisines in Serbia is was expecting much reach breakfast

Staff were really attentive and discreet, speaking good English, the room was clean and spacious and breakfast was really good value for money. There’s a pretty good restaurant where you can have dinner within 15 minutes of walking distance and the city center is around 25 minutes away. For us, it was the perfect stop in a longer journey. Would certainly stay here again.

The mid-range hotel is easily accessible from the main road. Parking is available in front of the building. Our double room was far from spacious, yet spotlessly clean. The day receptionist spoke English. Recommended for a short stay. The breakfast is a fair deal for the money.

The air conditioning was set to an extremely low temperature. No big issue, just annoying.

Spa can be used only with reservations so we couldn’t use it because we have arrived at 6pm

The hotel is ok, but the staff was strange and not flexible for taking a coffee break. It take time for explaining what we would like to have. Just dining outside. But it was solved.

Everything was just perfect, excellent cosy room. Nice complete continental breakfast with enything you want. The location was near a shopping mall and within a small distance from the center of the city.

This is our second time staying here. The rooms are clean and well-kept, the staff is friendly and competent. Hope to see you again soon

The hotel room was clean.

The fact that at the time we stayed at the hotel they didn't serve breakfast and we had chosen it especially for this reason as we were travelling with children.The mould smell in the family room.

There was not soap/soap dispenser/shampo/body lotion in the shower.
