Staff was good but had to wait 5 mins at reception as same staff has many things to do.

The worst stay in my...

I am very disappointed with the customer service at this hotel. When we arrived late in the evening after a 1,500 km trip, it was almost impossible to check in. We were a group of three with two room reservations, yet we spent about 30 minutes standing outside, trying different buttons and access options. Only when someone happened to come to the reception did we finally manage to enter and get our keys.After check-in, we asked the receptionist for recommendations on where we could get a meal. The answer we received was simply: “Google it yourself.” Not exactly the welcome we expected.The next morning, one member of our group left early and did not have the breakfast he had been charged for. When the remaining two of us checked out and were getting ready to leave, we went to have the breakfast we had paid for. The receptionist, however, refused to let us in because we couldn’t immediately tell her our room numbers — despite the fact that we had just checked out and returned our keys minutes earlier. Even showing her the booking confirmation wasn’t enough.Moreover, the receptionist was very rude, we tried to speak english with her but she said something ununderstandable in French. What is worst - she even didn't tried to help us, she treated us as homeless people.Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had in recent years. Unfortunately, I will not be considering this hotel again for future stays.

Perfect value for money for a 2-night stay in the surroundings of Aix-en-Provence

Ease of access, very kind staff and convenient parking spot

Marvellous location right next to the motorway yet soundproofed so we didn’t hear it. Receptionist was brilliant and directed us to 3 restaurants less than 10 mins walk away. All simple, clean, secure parking. Perfect.

Hard to find , including finding way into entrance down a no- entry street !! No elevator Tiny room !! No where to put luggage or clothes .No tea or coffee in room —- nothing . Way too expensive for the poor accommodation

All we needed was a bed bathroom and breakfast and it ticked all the boxes

Really easy to find, very spacious and secured parking. Five minutes from downtown. In city center 3€ for five hours parking. Very polite receptionist!!!

There is just enough room for 4 adults, but we handle it.Poor air conditioning. It was hot !!!

The equipment was a little older and I did not have feeling it was that clean. Not that comfortable as other accommodation in this price range. But ok.

Good location off the highway, and driving distance to a few restaurants. Good place to stay when traveling in the area that accommodates people who have vehicles and dogs. This hotel chain maintains a dependable standard in their hotels.

Pretty far from the city center since we didn't have a car. It was about 30-minute uphill walk to get to the old town.

Misleading information om booking.com that the distance to the city center is 1.7 km. In a straight line, this is probably true. The location outside a major ring road around the city means that the actual distance to walk is closer to app. 5 km. Many spots of black mold in the shower.
