    Pros +

    • Very charming hotel with excellent staff
    • Breakfast was ok. Staff was excellent
    • Great location with walking distance to Town.Service is excellent! Staff did all possible to book restaurants for me for 12 people on short notice.

    Cons -

    • Would consider a 4 star not a 5 star hotel. There is no coffee machine in the room or in the lobby so if you want coffee it the morning it will cost you 8 euro per cup. Small rooms, no spa, bad yet expensive food in the restaurant
    • Room was small and not worth the money
    • Rooms on the street was too noisy for me and i was offered a junior suite with a supplement to pay. That said, the ‘suite part’ was a very small room with a game table in the middle, nothing else. I would expect a small sofa at least for a junior suite. The bedroom itself was smaller than the initial room and the tiny room with the table was useless… Also, the 2 last times I stayed, I was offered tea upon my arrival. Nothing this time…

This was overall a stunning property! The room was very well appointed and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful from the front desk to the restaurant and waiters. We appreciated the fabulous service from them all, especially looking after our little dog, Charlee with extra water bowls, and a bed. The breakfast buffet has a lavish selection and loved that they custom make any extra eggs or food that you like. And the dining room by night served a five star Michelin gourmet meal with an excellent team from the kitchen. We loved a lot of the little extras like cold water bottles in our car every time, the fedora hats, flip-flops and beach bag in the room.

The housekeeping could use a little better follow-through. We ran out of things throughout our stay like toilet paper, bath soap, the second bathrobe didn’t come back. They were quick to bring it when we found, but it was a bit of a hassle, running out of things. Also, the Jacuzzi temperature was freezing. It would be nice to have it hotter, especially in the cold weather. It was a little further away from the center than we would’ve liked. The walk was doable but being closer what happened nicer

Beautiful hotel just a short walk from the center of town. We had a junior suite so we had a large room overlooking the well tended grounds and a bathroom with 2 sinks & shower big enough for 2 shower heads. It was the most comfortable bed of our entire trip. Breakfast was a lovely buffet - we ate outside because the weather was perfect. We loved sitting by the pool after a long day of sight seeing. The staff were friendly and professional.

    Nothing - great stay

Rooms were very lovely and comfortable. The night staff, including front desk and valet, were incredible! They made us fill very welcome.

The day time staff at the front desk were cold and, at times, seemed bothered by our appearance. The caller, however, was very friendly and helpful.

Room 14 is noisy above the indoor parking and facing to outdoor parking where the trash are picked up im the morning. You hear the trash piker shift at 5:30am every day as well as the opening and closing of the parking electric doors all over the night. For that 5 star hotel and at this price, this room should not even be available for a stay.

Service / staff were incredible! Parking so easy, great recommendations, their concierge helped us book dinner reservations and an Ebike ride throughout Luberon which were all perfect.

Tiny gym but you can just go for a run

Everything! A lot of thought was put into the guest comfort. We had one of the smaller rooms- perfect! The most comfortable hotel we have ever stayed in with 40 years of travel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful- always a smile! The grounds were beautiful!

    Can’t think of a thing.

Breakfast was great! Room 23 was gorgeous, loved having a corner room.Tommy was super nice!

Restaurant recommendations were a bit basic, too touristy for us

The room was lovely and the staff is attentive.

I would happily return to this hotel. The staff were attentive, pleasant and helpful. My room was ready upon my early arrival. The classic room was large and beautifully appointed. Next time I will request a room further down the hall way. My room was located close to the lobby and I could hear other guest at night.

    9ShaunPosted on: 1-2-2025

Beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, well-sized rooms. Easy walking distance to Aix centre.

I would have loved a coffee machine in the room.

    9ClarePosted on: 1-2-2025

Fabulous hotel. The staff are charming and helpful, the rooms are spotless and luxury.

Breakfast, very poor choice and slow service. Should have a menu for cooked breakfast.

This is a very beautiful hotel, lovely public facilities especially the swimming pool area. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff were lovely and the hotel was spotlessly clean. In a quiet location about 10 mins walk from centre. Breakfast was excellent.

The room was a little dark. And if the toilet is separate from the bathroom, it should have a sink!

    8tylerPosted on: 10-31-2024

    Too expensive for breakfast

At this price for a room, the 30 euro charge for parkin was excessive. Should have been included in the room rate.

Everything about this property was amazing. The service and the staff were all fantastic. The pool was massive. The location of the property was fantastic!!!

The lace was absolutely beautiful. For some reason the rooms didn’t have a coffee/tea machine setup. The property had a gym, but, it was too basic.
