    Pros +

    • This is such a great find, after all the extremely overpriced & small rooms.Very nice to have a large room & bathroom.Even a frig and small cook top. It's just a few blocks from the main fountain and city center.More of a residential area, but an easy walk
    • Very clean hotel with great staff. Our room was on a corner and quite large. Everything was well laid out and the staff was simply super.
    • The location, room size and cleanliness were definite assets. The staff was very friendly and helpful!

    Cons -

    • I think the breakfast should be complimentary.
    • the parking lot was horrible to negotiate. The tub area could use pull bars and no slip adhesive trips on the tub floor. someone is going to have an accident and sue the hotel, its very slippery
    • Parking was 60 euros for 7 days. You have to pay for parking at most European hotels so it wasn't out of the blue or anything, just that it was extra.

The location is great, a 5 min walk top the routine ams to the Cours Mirabeau. They're fully equipped with kitchen ware and we were able to take full advantage of that. Hotel Employee was excellent and very helpful.

Parking was 60 euros for 7 days. You have to pay for parking at most European hotels so it wasn't out of the blue or anything, just that it was extra.

The location was excellent and the breakfast was Great

We paid the taxes twice? Frustrating! The cleanliness was not good in the room. I put the Do Not Disturb on my door since she didn't do a good job of cleaning anyway. She took it off and went in my room??? What was the point?

Location was fairly quiet and near the city centre, although our rooms were on the ground floor and people were hanging around in the areas right outside our rooms smoking and laughing until late. Breakfast was ok. WiFi was fine.

The place was extremely shabby. Walls and doors had many scratches and dings. Hallway carpet was filthy and ripped. Bathroom smelled of old urine. My friend and I booked two prepaid separate rooms for two nights. Both rooms both smelled bad/musty, plus smoke came in from the outdoor patio until midnight. It reminded us of a nursing home. We were on the ground floor. The glass doors out to the patio in my friend's room wouldn't lock unless you really used your muscle, and she was afraid someone would come in during the night. The sleeper sofas in both suites were absolutely disgusting, old, dirty, caved-in. I wouldn't sit on one to save my life. Should be replaced. Because the level of cleanliness was suspect, I was afraid of bedbugs. Towels were old, dingy, and stiff. Drain stopper in my bathroom wouldn't open, I reported it, they said they would fix it, came back that night and no one had touched it. I finally figured out how to open the drain with the stick behind the faucet even though the knob had been broken off. It was so bad that we left after one night and went to a different hotel, even though we forfeited our second prepaid night. The whole place needs a complete rehab. And it was expensive! Our much nicer room at the other hotel we stayed at was cheaper by 100 euros. Very disappointed.

Overall, it was clean and very convenience location.

You need to call the front desk, which was an international call for me, to lower the blocking bar to access the building.Your car needs to stand very close to the blocking post to initiate the opening when the front desk opens the post.

    Great location

The room was very warm, too warm. We were offered a fan which helped somewhat. The carpets in the halls were disgustingly stained

    7RobertPosted on: 10-5-2025

Location is great for walking to everything. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room is large. Kitchenette is sufficient. Common area/lobby is nice.

Beds weren't made up properly - one instead of two. Broken window handle. Only one towel for two people. Broken dishwasher tablet door. Nespresso maker jammed and couldn't have coffee in room. Staff vacuuming during breakfast - why?!? Exact instructions for arriving at the parking entrance is required - you can GPS the address and end up in the wrong place.

Stayed here a few times. Great place, Good location short walk to the city center. Very friendly staff. The Studios have everything you need and very important for me it has an underground parking.

    Beds could be more comfortable

    Excellent breakfast

The bedroom is a little cramped. Doors seem to open into the 'wrong' places. Hard to move luggage through the front door.

    Clean room. Basic kitchen necessities.

    Hallways are dark and dingy.

    Average hotel

Separate fees for daily cleaning. Parking passage very very narrow.

Great location, spacious, modern and clean with great facilities such as a helpful front desk, pleasant outdoor area, delicious breakfast and laundry service.

Small parking making it difficult for our SUV. We parked at the parking relay Lieutenant Colonel Jean-Pierre 7 mins away that also offers free shuttle back to La Roronde (12 mns) near the hotel. We left the car for 3 days while visiting Aix and walked everywhere. It was perfect and parking is cheap $3.50/24 hrs. A nice option to know since it is difficult to park in Aix.

The room is quite clean and spacious.

There was a pole that blockades the entrance to the parking of the hotel. Without the access card that local residents have, the only way to get inside hotel parking was to call the hotel front desk—- but it was not always picked up. I have spent hours circling around the city trying to get into hotel parking. It was extremely inconvenient. Several guests have to call the police to access the hotel parking. The hotel obviously knew about it this as an ongoing issue, but chooses not to inform hotel guest in advance. This is completely unacceptable and has caused unnecessary stress.

    1. The staff: sensitive, helpful, very freindly! Did their best to make us comfortable. Their attitude was wonderful! Thank you all! 2. The hotel is whithin 7 min. Walking to maribu square, buy is very accessable with a car and had a parking of its own. 3. Having a full equipted kitchen is very helpfull. And a supermarket just 2 min. Away!

The entrance to the parking is very narrowand curvy. Keep that in mind, your car has to be not more than 4.5 m long.

Large rooms with fridge and mini kitchen.

    7KonstantinosPosted on: 3-8-2025

We liked the location - the walkability to the city center and the secure parking. Staff was friendly during check-in, hotel lobby is inviting.

We stayed in a superior room with balcony (4 persons) and did not appreciate that we had to make the sofa bed ourselves. The bed linen we found inside of the sofa and in the cupboards did not seem fresh. Upon arrival we found a baby bed in the room, that we did not need and we asked for it to be removed to gain some space - this never happened.
