- We made a stop here for a night after long driving - didn’t expect much but it turned out to be a very pleasant stay. The staff members were all very nice and welcoming; the night here was very quiet, bed was comfortable , we had a good night of rest. Staff prepared a lovely breakfast for us even when the hotel was empty due to holiday season. (No Business visits in town) . We didn’t explore the neighborhood so can’t say much about its location in terms of sightseeing, but we did like it being in a quiet neighborhood with a secured large private parking lot .

- Parking was great. It is outside of town, and we had a car so it was not a problem. Staff was very accommodating.
Cons -
- Nothing to complain about.
- Nothing to complain about.
- Our shower had lots of black mold and we reported it the next day. In fairness, we were moved into that room at last minute and it was perhaps not ready for us.

Bathroom was big, plenty of shower space, modern and generally spatious but unpretentous
cushions small and square and a little too soft and flabby, bed could be somewhat more comfortable
Helpful staff. Plenty of parking. Easy access to city centre by bus
room rather small
Good location - close to the airport and Aix
Slightly tired with a limited breakfast option. We were initially given an unclean room (dirty towels on the floor and urine on the toilet seat) but resolved by staff quickly.
Nice that it had a pool, but could be cleaned a bit more. Room was a fair size for European standards.
Our first night we noticed that the duvet had a cigarette burn mark right on top and then the underside had a red stain, and finally the fitted sheet had a black smudge mark right by my head area. This immediately turned me off the place. I complained about it the next morning and they did change everything, so we were pleased. However the next day we were out all day and returned in the evening to a room temperature of 19 degrees. It was freezing in the room and our bed just looked like the cover was pulled up and the 4 pillows were tossed and left randomly on the bed. I complained about this immediately and the staff on duty couldn’t do anything and said she’d let the manager know the next day. The manager the next day didn’t do much other than apologize. We said we didn’t want our room touched that day as we didn’t trust the staff that were cleaning it.
It was nice and quiet area you need a car to go to the centre. It had a good breakfast. The toilet is separate from the bathroom, which has glass . Free parking space. Quite French, I think. The staff was very friendly and gave us advice about the best places to visit.
Everything was fine, no problems.
Close to a lovely bakery and convenience store.Close to bus stop.
The hotel was very tired looking and lacked any comfort. It was not somewhere you wanted to spend time relaxing in.It didn’t look anything like the photos. The outside seating was uncomfortable and there were lots of insects. Also just to warn you the cicadas are extremely loud so it made sitting outside and relaxing difficult even if you wanted too. It would have been nice to have been warned about this prior to booking. Furthermore, the bedrooms had a large amount of dust under the beds so had not been cleaned for some time. In summary I would not recommend booking this hotel for a family holiday, it’s more suited for a pit stop.
The only good thing about the property is the pool…but then it’s right next to the motorway. So if you like listening to traffic, then this is for you.
Not sure if we made a mistake but the room was tiny. Their photos should win an award for making things look large. There are bigger toilets on most airplanes. The hotel looks pretty grubby and tired on the outside and could really appreciate some love. I feel this is a hotel for travelling business folk, or the misinformed. Shame as it was our last two nights in France.
The pool for the kids. Nice rooms and toiletries.Friendly staff and Comfy beds
Delighted with professionalism, courtesy and concern of staff, notably Celine also desk manager on our relatively late checkin who found us supper in crowded diningroom enjoyed pool and provencal-style garden...really good esp.for budgetd chain
All good, initially location seemeda bit far from town but Celine actually left her desk to point out way to bus which brought us there and back very easily.
Lots of parking. Beautiful pool. Extensive breakfast. Nice staff
We weren’t given the opportunity to have an evening meal yet the coach party that arrived did!
Our second stay at this hotel was very good and we are fully satisfied. The swimming pool area is nice and well maintained. The room (Prestige, 2nd floor) was good: cooling equipment perfect, windows keep all noises out, bathroom large and very comfortable (body cream top).Breakfast good, variety of tasty products.Free parking with plenty of space.Position very convenient to visit the town, just a few minutes away.We paid 146 euros, breakfast included, and we find this price good value.
The machine placed in the breakfast room does not offer the most tasteful coffee (Italians always have high expectations in this respect)
Good room, twin share
A kettle to make tea would be nice
Location, cleanliness, staff
Staff were excellent. Room very small and no coffee or tea facilities.

Convenient to motorways, petrol stations, easy to get to Marseille airport.Swimming pool, bar, staff, parking and comfortable bed. Not possible to get dinner in the evening - but nearby (under 5 mins walk) pizza place was charming and had some decent food options.
We booked a room, when we arrived the day … sorry, booking.com was selling rooms with us but we are fully booked … nothing else available any more in the area at that time … so a lost evening stop in the Provence, a long extra drive to another area where we found last minute room …
