Appart'hôtel Odalys City - Aix en Provence Centre Rotonde - Les Floridianes

This is not really a 4 star hotel. There is nothing luxurious about it. The property was old, things didn't work, it wasn't cleaned well. The breakfast was subpar, and they charged you extra for everything. I do not recommend it.

The front desk people were super nice and helpful. Having friendly and helpful staff makes a huge difference and they were wonderful.

Lots of space for our suitcases, the beds were comfortable. I loved that the parking garage was in the hotel but for a small fee.

The hotel is spacious but not super charming. It was perfect for what we needed.

The size of the apartment, the location to the town and the availability of the laundry facility

The scrambled eggs were not always available at breakfast time

great location, and laundry facilities were quite handy at this stage in our trip. The little "in room" meals that you could buy at the front desk were really quite good, surprisingly so - we used them on a night we didn't have the energy to go out, and they were tasty and filling for a great price.

street side parking to drop off your stuff was a bit difficult to find - but the hotel parking (once checked in) was excellent

It's pretty relaxing to get to swimming pool on the hot summer days.

Our floor is in process of upgrading so it's quite dusty.

We found a bat in our room upon arrival at night. This should have been checked before giving us the room. We were exhausted, and the staff didn't really make up for the bad surprise, although they were forced to give us another room.

The staff were nice Especially Manal who is very friendly.The hotel is well located. I dont have much experience with parking prices but 12 euros per day is a bit expensive in my opinion knowing that we paid more than a 100 euros per night... it is good to have a safe place to park though

The fact that we have to pay extra to get a towelWe only got 2 big ones and 2 small. No rag or something to step on a dry surface as we get out of the shower...No lighting in the pool area when it gets a bit dark and the lounging space needs a good cleaning.

Very clean rooms, nice to have a kitchenette. Away from the main busy streets but not too far. If driving it has exceptional parking options.

Friendly staff, good size room and bathroom enough storage space.

Some renovation at the pool are the pool are not as nice as expected.

We chose this property for the pool - which was nice to have in a city. Fairly close to restaurant's.

The rooms were very small. They have been doing renovations which looked to be rushed as there was alot of little unfinished touches in the room (painting etc). The lounge area in the foyer - which would have been nice to have access to, was completely closed for renovations for our whole stay. I asked about a discount for the inconvenience - as we even had to go in and out of the accommodation a different way. But the answer was no.

Family room was too small and tight once we made the sofa bed. Breakfast was expensive and not so good.

Convenient, quiet location just a few minutes away from main thoroughfare. Friendly staff. nice reception area. room was large and relatively clean, big balcony. comfy bed. good swimming pool with beds and umbrellas.

Breakfast was priced at 18euro for what looked like a few mingy croissants and machine coffee. total rip off and we didn't bother. didn't look like many others did either. the hotel should charge a reasonable 10 euro or significantly improve their offering.while we knew we were getting an apart/hotel, a few changes of towels would have been nice. also, they say if you don't clean your cups, plates , cutlery before check out you will be fined 30 euro, but the hotel does not leave any dish cloth, washing up liquid or tea towel for this process!!

Lovely room with a balcony which was great for relaxing. Fridge and cooking equipment provided so we had the option to self cater as needed. Would definitely recommend!

You have to pay extra if you want the room cleaned or new towels or even toilet paper!

Clean apartment, had a lift, decent sized apartment The lady who checked us in, Maourie, was very helpful , cheerful and welcoming.

The toilet and bathroom were separate, and no tap in the toilet.No toaster( though they' did give us one when we asked for it) .Only 1 toilet paper roll( we staying for 3 days), no extra rolls, no replenishment .Very limited storage space.Cooking area had no chimney.

Comfortable place(quiete in the night), good location (just 5 mins walk to bus station & nearest supermarket), nice room (I could enjoy cooking) and warm services of staffs.

the facility needs renovation urgently the hallway kitchen and equipment are old. the breakfast in the mornings very sad not fresh and appetizing but 12 euros anyway !

Apartment a bit small

It is irritating that they don't support toilet rolls or fresh towels if you stay 7 nights. Kitchen area and little cramped

Good location in Aix. Good room size for a self-contained apartment. The kitchenette was well equipped. The breakfast was great. Check in/check out was uncomplicated (though we had to wait until exactly 4pm to be able to access the room).

The cleanliness could have been better, the outdoor pool was not open, the room was a bit noisy (one could clearly hear what people in the other rooms were doing). The room was expensive for what it was (the hotel is a bit outdated), but pretty much everything seems expensive in Aix.
