Pros +
- The size of the room was good, very spacious. Complementary bottle of water (1 per room per day, not per person) was nice.
- We drove in from Marseille a little early but our room was ready when we arrived and were allowed to check in. Marie was awesome! The breakfast was outstanding! The location was great for us. The French-Italian gentleman at check was also great. We will definitely be back on our next vacation.
- Comfortable bedroom, nice pool and cool shared spaces.
Cons -
- Entire hotel can use a renovation. Restaurant has very limited and expensive menu. No other restaurants close by, within walking distance. Hot buffet had very limited choices. Dishes were not replenished.
- The central air in our room did not work properly however we opened the window and we had all the cold air we needed.
- No good value for the money, the staff seemed all very new or uninterested in the guests. We got a room facing the street, the noice was heavy specially during the night (it’s a highway).

Had a pool which was the reason we booked this hotel.
Not allowed to eat your sandwich in the lobby anywhere. You must buy food from their own restaurant only. No part of lobby belongs to the hotel guests it seems. Had to have a manager intervene to get a knife to take to our room to be able to cut bread we bought outside the hotel.
Nicely decorated hotel. Good food at the hôtel restaurant and very nice breakfast.
Bad smell in the elevator. Surrounding of the hotel not very nice.
The room was very comfortableMost of the staff were very pleasant
For over a week the air conditioning was not working in all the general spaces (dining room etc). It is shocking that for that length of time when the temperature was mostly around 40C degrees the management was not able to get the necessary repair done. Very poor management.
everything the interior design in so modern and prettythe pool and outdoor area look amazing. The staff are so friendly and gentil
nothinf
Right off highway, had food out couch. Lobby was nice.
Shower was dirty. Parking was a bit awkward.
The staff were mostly helpful.
The air conditioning in all the general areas (restaurant, etc) was not working for the first 10 days of our stay during the exceptional heat wave. It seems negligent of the management not to be able to handle this issue more efficiently.
nice
breakfast was expensive, did not take advantage of it.
Great location, wonderful breakfast, comfortable bed
Problems with the water in the shower
The staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room was of good size, well equipped, clean Location was close enough to get to the town centre by foot. We didn't like the breakfast, it was pricey and not to our taste, so we only tried it once.
The breakfast coudl have been better.
Relaxing hotel and a short walk (25 mins) to town.
One of the breakfast staff was unhelpful when both coffee machines broke. There was a machine behind the bar but would not offer to make one. Breakfast was basic and the area filled up quickly and was not able to accommodate the guests. Was better a few years ago, when we stayed there.
The staff were great . Check in and check out was good . the things i highligted that were wrong in my room , mostly got fixed.
Hotel is tired, not spotlessly clean and really could do with upgrading.
Recently renovated so everything felt new
The food was expensive - particularly the breakfast and being so far out of town there were few alternatives
Spacious room, very good bed and pillows and very clean. There is a small refrigeragtor in the room, which is very useful.Large shower cabin (useful for large people).
The parking is a little remote, so ypou will have to make around 20 meters by foot on the outside, which can be tricky when it is raining. Also, they didn't change the name of the parking yet, so it is still written "Golden Tulip" and not "Raddison", which can disturb you a littler bit. There is verty little space at the hotel entrance, so a tourist car and a cab aren't able to be parked in the same time.
Comfortable beds.Nice breakfast.
Location.
Secure parking close
No restaurant open on weekends Room very hotBed linen stainedMould in bathroomNo handwash in bathroom Third bed made up in room for no reasonLighting very poor in bedroom- no main lightsWe paid for a premium room but were the farthest away from reception (with very busy road outside)on top floor when many rooms empty
I thought the staff were very helpful and friendly particularly the staff serving on at breakfast which I thought was very good
The hotel was on a busy junction which was quite difficult to get to depending upon which way you were travelling
Fabulous hotel on the outskirts of the city. Spacious and comfortable room & bed, excellent and varied breakfast, beautiful pool and lovely communal areas - bar, lounges etc.
