Perfect and brand new central urban stay in Aix-en-Provence. Great and new comfy beds (the corner rooms! are the most charming), great showers and storage. Good Restaurant on the main floor, doing roomservice too.

Unfortunately the brand new hotel was finished in a rush, so even new it’s not really good maintained. Our sink in the room was almost falling down and the cosmetic mirror

The hotel was very well located as we had a friend who was limited in walking so it was close to the main street of Aix and he got to experience the Saturday morning markets and the surrounding restaurants. I really liked the access to the Wellness Sports Club just around the corner. It is a good facility to have access to. The staff at the hotel were exceptional in accommodating our requests. The brasserie adjoined to the hotel has a very good menu and the food was delicious.

The pillows were too high but the staff member accommodated our request for lower pillows. That there is no bar fridge in the hotel rooms is a negative in my opinion, as a four star hotel, it was disappointing not to have use of a small fridge in the room.

Location is very good.

The room was booked as a three person room, with two beds. There were two beds, but the room was so small that it was not possible to get the luggage of three adults, on vacation, into the room. We were denied a refund, left, and found another hotel.

Friendly, efficient staff. Good breakfast provided. Location convenient to the Cour Mirabeau.

centrally located to all the buzz of the city, including restaurants, shopping and the historic old town! The hotel has a very warm & welcoming atmosphere. Reception & Cafe staff are extremely polite & helpful

The location to the city center and the design

The room is very small for 2. Even with a superior double booking. Decoration is very nice but not practical at all : the sink is beautiful but you can’t use it without water everywhere, there is no place to put things is the bathroom, few space in the room for the bagages.

Location was excellent. The parking garage under the hotel was an added bonus. Comfortable bed and lovely shower.

The staff at reception was absolutely professional and kind . They helped me with the booking of taxi , they confirmed it again. And having an early start, on 25 December, I was provided with a breakfast to take away. The cleaness of the property impeccable .Breakfast with huge choice.Location is perfect , walking distance to the main parts of the city

The hotel was a convenient walking distance to the old part of town.I requested a quiet room and staff were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was buffet style in the brasserie. There was a small choice of hot food (sausages and eggs), and plenty of sweet and savoury cold items, yoghurts, and drinks plus a self service tea/coffee machine.

This is a small recently renovated hotel, the only entrance was via the brassie and there were no separate lounge facilities for hotel guests except to sit at the bar.

The hotel is absolutly beautiful, I love the decoration of the rooms, the colors, ours was blue, but there's also yellow and green, all about the Provence colors and Cezanne.The location is great, a block away from the Tourism Office and the famous Rotonde Fountain.The food in Leopold Brasserie, in the hotel was great, we really enjoyed the food there.I will stay here next time!
