Pros +
- The concierge and the valle, we¿re both excellent and very customer oriented, as was the front desk staff. We received very friendly advice on where to visit and which restaurants to eat at.
- The comfort
- Within easy walking distance to the downtown. Rooms were clean and modern. Spa included a beautiful pool and large steam room. Breakfast was excellent, as was the service.
Cons -
- The staff in the restaurant for breakfast did not seem to be happy serving customers. They did their jobs but there were no smiles or genuine willingness to serve. I was surprised by the contrast because other staff in the hotel was so good.
- The staff and ultra expensive and bland food
- cost of parking and cost for dog were a bit high

Bathroom and bed was nice. Needed more hangers. Coffee should be out and complimentary. Wine in bar area was a complete ripoff. Staff was very helpful. Liked having water refill station’s available
We were there beginning/ mid October and were disappointed to see the pool closed and covered. I walked out there and it looked really banged up. All of the deck needed to be refinished and nothing like the photos. Also the rooms had lots of wasted space with long halls.
It was very close walking distance to the old town. Staff spoke great English and helped pick great restaurants for us.
Bit noisy on Saturday night next to the university campus

Is there a music college next door to the hotel with students practising ? Why was the small pool so green? Business hotel - business meetings - formal 15 euros for a small glass of rose
Location and space was excellent
There was hair on the pillow and in between the sheets
the room and staff were very nice.
the restaurant was a complete zoo for breakfast, full of lots of guests and not enough staff. They ran out of croissants and the coffee makers were broken multiple days in a row. We also couldn't get a table for dinner. too busy already at 7:30PM. So we had to make plans to eat elsewhere.
Very friendly staff - thank you to Mariana and the breakfast team who looked after us. We also enjoyed the location - it was 10min walking distance from the Cour Mirabeau. Good diner too.
The hotel is great — well located within walking distance to the city center, yet in a quiet area, which was perfect. The rooms were large and comfortable, with an impeccable mattress; we slept exceptionally well. The room temperature was ideal — not too cold, not too warm. Breakfast was amazing, with a variety of food including fresh fruits, croissants, and more. The pool area exists (with free towels provided), though we didn’t try it; it doesn’t seem large but is a nice addition.
The parking price should be included in the room rate, which is already significant, rather than charged as an additional fee. For a five-star hotel, this would feel more appropriate and fair. Additionally, we could hear guests from other rooms closing their doors quite loudly. While this is more about guest behavior than the hotel, perhaps a better door-closing mechanism could help reduce the noise. Overall, the only downside was the parking policy.
We loved the hotel. Property felt secluded while being a short walking distance from the center of town. Rooms were large, especially for European standards, modern and comfortable. The pool area was lovely. Service was definitely 5 stars.
Gym was almost non-existent, wi-fi was sometimes weak.
Beautiful hotel. Stunning pool area.Staff went over and above to help- especially the concierge Raif.
We booked this place last minute. The price is really good and the quality is very high. The staff is super helpful and friendly
Mattress is a little bit hard for me.
We had a great stay. Large, comfortable and clean room, friendly stuff. Walking distance to the city center and easy exit to MRS airport
Luxury spa swimming area with plenty of access time for the children to enjoy the pool.
Breakfast supplies were limited. Table settings (napkin, cutlery) were not available, no cups, no milk, guests waiting for replenishment of food. Just getting a coffee became a huge drawn out procedure. Staff were polite and working hard but the organisation of breakfast was a disappointment.
We have stayed before. Usually in August or July. The location is amazing and rooms very comfortable.
Some parts are starting to look tired though and I was annoyed we were not told to use our room key for the parking so payed much more than the €25 a day (which I think is excessive anyway!). The entry to the spa is also complicated unlike before … would have also appreciated if they didn’t keep taking the room key away whenever we left the room. One of our rooms also had a bad electrical short and our bedroom smelt badly of cigarette smoke!
The location was close to the old town.Parking on sight. Valet parking was a plus. Facilities were modern and clean. The staff was so helpful!
Large, quiet, and comfortable room. Friendly and helpful staff.
