    Very Good

    Pros +

    • The room was spacious and modern
    • The tennis courts, the prestige suite , the breakfast were perfect. The staff amazing and kind.
    • Location is great for sport and Golf!!! - Very clean - Kind people - very clean - Nice spa area - Very nice breakfast - Swimming pool area and restaurant very good and nice

    Cons -

    • Nobody even changed the towels during the stay, they said it’s an apartment hotel and changing of towels is for extra price , the rubbish we have to throw ourselves , but if it’s an appart hotel, there should be at least microwave and a teapot that they don’t have . The pressure in the shower was horrible. There were some works with the drill just upstairs our room and we had a baby with us who couldn’t sleep. The restaurant was probably one of the worst that we’ve experienced in life and we travel a lot, plus we have our own restaurant. The food was so cheap and miserable, the menu for dinner was reduced during our stay , so we could have only chicken burger which was very bad and cheese plate looked like they have cut off the old part of the cheese which has stayed in the fridge for a long time. Breakfast is also quiet poor , scrambled eggs are not possible to eat, cheap meat and cheese. No vegan milks and yogurts at all, not even boiled eggs. It’s a pity cause the structure is really nice but it’s managed extremely bad.
    • Unfortunately the shower pressure was extremely low and the water was not hot all over the weekend .quite annoying for a winter weekend .....we were proposed the solution of showering in another area building and a drink to compensate. Very kind but not practical.
    • Room equipment - No real enclosures, and very critical for the region, no fridge, even a very small one in the room...

Premium location, sport facilities, restaurants, and swimming pool. Hotel staff is very helpful and friendly.

Excellent sporting facilities comfortable bed nice bathroom

The hotel is not best placed to cater for older people even with mild mobility problems. The hotel is in a different building to the reception as is the restaurant, it’s necessary always to walk between the three, often uphill. there was no milk in the room or indeed in the hotel. I was told to go up to the restaurant to find any milk to take to our room.

Breakfast was nice. Sports facilities were good and pool was lovely. Most of the staff were very nice but they over promised and under delivered and messed us around in the process e.g. telling us we were moving rooms so we could be next door to our kids, as promised at booking, so we packed up the whole room and the next morning they backtracked so we had to unpack again. Then promising a room with a cot next to ours and moving us but not providing the cot, which we found out at bedtime leaving son to sleep on hard floor. They couldn’t even offer a duvet to put down on the floor for him.

They messed up our room allocation (as a family with young kids we’d requested rooms together, which they confirmed post booking, but then didn’t provide.) They kept promising to fix it and then backtracking. When they did move our room, they failed to provide a cot, which they had offered, for our youngest so he had to sleep on the hard floor that night, which obviously didn’t work, so terrible sleep all round. Only on the last night of our stay did we get anything close to the set up they had said we could have.

Staff were lovely and breakfast was a decent buffet. Room was fairly spacious.

Hotel feels like it’s still being set up. Rooms are in confusing position; only one restaurant which was overpriced; lots of teething problems like TV not working fully. Fine for a night or two but won’t stay again.

Very nice location, very beautiful hotel with nice facilities.

The staff’s behavior was unacceptable, they didn’t care to help. Most of them didn’t speak or understand English and it was very difficult even to order in their restaurant. No fridge in the rooms and the safe wasn’t working.

    9DamianaPosted on: 8-16-2025

The room was beautifully furnished and very spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was also great and staff were really welcoming and helpful.

Not having a fridge in the room, but apart from that there was everything

    10HandePosted on: 8-15-2025

A nice, high-quality hotel. The tennis courts offered us extra activities during our vacation. The rooms are minimally furnished and beautiful. The staff is attentive, and the food, especially breakfast, is very good. The pool and its surroundings are very pleasant.

    There is a mosquito problem

    9EmiliaPosted on: 8-1-2025

The hotel is beautiful, modern and clean. Lots of pools and sports options. And the spa is lovely. The rooms are away from the noisy areas which is a very big bonus for me as a light sleeper - but not so far that its weird or a problem at all. The beds are all brand new so super comfy. I was a little worried before arriving based on some earlier reviews - but honestly dont worry at all - I suspect these were teething problems as it is a big property and likely less staff during the off season. As a very active traveller across lots of different countries, formats and prices, I can assure you everything is up to scratch - including the service. And they deserve their 4 stars. Staff were amazing, professional, friendly and very responsive. Everything you would expect. Really fair. Good with kids too. We had a lovely time!

As its in Provence, it would have been nice to have mini fridges in the rooms to keep things fresh. But this feels like a modern trend in hotels globally, so not sure its really a fault. BUT they did have a proper coffee machine (pods) - which was amazing as we are noticing these are dissapearing from hotel rooms more and more too! And free water bottles. So this was a bonus.

Breakfast is very complete and with lots of options (value for money). Bedroom is big. Very comfortable bed. Nespresso machine and capsules available for free (although the machine was not working properly in my bedroom). Quite place. Bar at the swimming pool with nice atmosphere, good service (they made efforts to make a table available for us even without reservation and at a busy time for dinner). Facilities as spa and gym okay (2 hours per day at spa for free included in our booking, but we had no time for using it based on not so many slots available). Front desk staff is very polite and friendly.

We chose this place because Booking sold it as “hotel spa”, and we would like something in this vibe for romantic trip. However, I really do not recommend this place for couples in romantic trip: the atmosphere is more related to a tennis and golf “Club” where people from the sorroundings use a lot to practice sports and classes. If you want to enjoy the city center of Aix en Provence, this hotel is not the right place to stay: it is not time and distant convenient. Reservation in spa needs to be reserved with certain (good) time in advance.

The facilities are really nice and the room are very comfortable

It is also a club that members can use at anytime, so pool and other “public” spaces (like the spa) can get really crowded Also, staff is not prepared to assist hotel guests and club members at the same time

    Nice staff, friendly professional.

No in room phone to reach the staff ~ but they were responsive promptly when I emailed or called from my cell phone.
