Best Western Hotel le Galice Aix-en-Provence

The breakfast was excellent. The room was large and comfortable with nice colours and design. Short walk into town.

It was hard to find the hotel, set back a little from the road.

The breakfast was quite sufficient. The parking lot was difficult to enter. The road into the lots was extremely narrow. There was lots of paint on the walls from drivers scraping against them. Luckily we did not damage our rental car. The staff was lovely and always had smiles. The location was great you definitely could walk to the center of town. If you wanted, getting an Uber was extremely easy.

The parking. I think the price was a little high.

First -- parking garage. really scary narrow entrance, Can only be recommended for a small car ! Then, first room we got was large and looked nice but the soundproofing (via locked connecting door to next room) was almost non-existing -- we could hear _every word_ from that company. So we asked to change room after 10 minutes. The second room was quiet (no neighbors) , but turned out to not have any heating on, which we only found out during the night. All heating centrally controlled, not possible to adjust ourselves. Perhaps they forgot to turn it on after rooms switch? Anyway, really cold in the night/morning.

Well kept and good location

Newly refurbished. Looked good. Good size room. Good size bed. Convenient location - 15 minutes walk from centre square.

Parking was expensive yet very cheap parking was available on site with a little extra effort. Had we stayed in the hotel carpark it would’ve cost €16. We paid €2 for overnight and a mornings parking.

Staff were very helpful.

Air con didn't work in our room but we were immediately offered another room and staff moved our bags for us.

The breakfast was very rich, the rooms were comfortable and clean and the staff was friendly.

The Decor was a bit dark. The lighting in the room wasn't very good and the safe in the bedroom didn't work and was only fixed on our last day.

Great staff who were so helpful. An older property, but tired and more of a solid 3 star. Pool area was lovely but no one at the bar, sofa furniture desperately needs cleaning

The king classic room was a good size. The mattress was comfortable. The sheets were of quality.The in room coffee facilities is a plus.

The rooms are somewhat dark, offering atmosphere, but not practicality. The lighting isn’t adequate.

Hotel was fine, large size room for the price and very clean bathroom area with a raised shower platform which I liked (felt the bathroom didn’t get as wet) good air con and decent amount of space

Hotel very basic in nature and the pool area was shaded in afternoon half the side. I already knew it wasn’t in the centre but it is around a 15 minute walk to the city, which was a little annoying at times. We ended up getting taxis of an evening

Room was comfortable, staff were friendly and mostly efficient. Swimming pool was clean. The hotel felt comfortable and well maintained, the room was serviced every day

The bar/cafe by the pool rarely had any staff working there in the afternoons. The parking garage had a very complicated entry system. The pool itself had only one depth which made it difficult to relax in, Slight criticism is that the tea, coffee and milk was not replaced each day.
