The staff was very friendly and helpful, even allowing luggage storage after some members of our group had checked out. My bed was very comfortable and the shower and toilet were clean. We were in walking distance from loads of great restaurants and shops, as well as bus and train options. I would definitely go back!

My room was sharing a wall with the elevator, and you can really hear it at night (earplugs took care of that, though). I also couldn't get the air conditioner to function right (either ice cold or barely on), but if you were traveling in winter this would be a non-issue.

Great location on the edge of the old town. Also the room had a balcony. I did not use it but I noted the hotel also has underground parking which is v useful.

The balcony was quite grubby - needed some tlc. I would have liked to have some milk available on the drinks tray.

Loved being able to park on site, the room was really bright and luminous, and I loved having a private terrase.

Great location for exploring Aix en Provence. Good secure parking. Supermarket just next door. We didn’t have the hotel breakfast as we enjoyed walking into town for coffee and croissants. Some great restaurants too!

Rooms were quite small but clean and comfortable.

Our room was fine - a good size, clean and well laid out. There are other rooms that have had a recent refresh, but this was fine. The staff were friendly and helpful. It’s in a great location - a few paces and you’re into the old town.

The breakfast offer was quite basic.

Great location near the old town and the private parking being available. Thanks Thomas for opening the garage a bit earlier so we could leave to catch a plane to Istanbul. Very much appreciated.
