Friendly staff, clean room, reasonable distance from town center for price.

Room was very small and "tired".

Location

As I had to pay overnight parking, then the real price for a room was 20E more.

I had an Airbnb but arrived a day early, so just needed one night stay. I was a little worried since it was only a 2 star Hotel-but pleasantly surprised! It was wonderful. It was very clean and my room opened up to a lovely outdoor garden where they served drinks or breakfast. Staff were very nice and helpful. It truly was better than some 4 stars I have stayed in. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it. And steps from old town center.

It was very conveniently located (just outside the old town), clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I had a lovely big room with a door out to the terrace area

The public WiFi connection meant that I could not use their WiFi with my phone

I would suggest to provide a boiler. But for the rest, all good , quality- money

Everything was good

The location is really, right next to the city centre. Check in and check out was simple, and the staffs are friendly and helpful. There is a little garden where you can relax.

If you want to visit the old town of Aix this is really a super located Hotel.Nice and quiet Garden.

No parking at Hotel. There is a Garage bearbeiten where you can Park, but if you have a car talket than 1.9m then it can be quit challanging and time consuming to find a parking Space.Due to the Short distance to the old town it can be a Little bit Noisy in the Night.

Suited our needs perfectly. We were a family of 3. We could quickly walk into the center of town. The staff were also very helpful with restaurant recommendations. I’d absolutely stay here again.

A little quirky hotel in a good way. Layout of first frloor was interesting with long hallway but a very nice sitting room with patio off the first floor..Location was excellent. Short walk into the real hear of Aix en Provence and loved the city. The staff was very friendly.

Room was okay although it was the smallest shower I've ever been in.

Very friendly staff. Perfect location, as it's right next to the centre of Aix and next to a car parking. The garden for breakfast is very nice.

The only con is that the rooms felt a bit old and small, especially the bathroom, and you could hear many noises from other rooms and doors slamming.

The room was beautifully decorated, had a fantastic shower and very comfortable bed. The courtyard garden was a really peaceful place to sit and the staff let us store our bikes there - as it was triple locked they felt very safe there.

Hotel was a little hard to find

Comfortable room, good shower in the spacious bathroom. The hotel is very close to the old area. The generous continental breakfast was extra. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

I didn’t have breakfast. I liked the new furnishings and fixtures. The room was clean and tasteful. The reception guy was wonderful and saved me from a huge mistake of going to the wrong train station!!!!! Big deal!!! Very knowledgeable about the local area and connections.

I would have liked instant coffee in my room.

The hotel is well located next the city centre ,

The room we stayed is old and not very clean , the blinds were dirty and as well the bathroom .
