Adonis Arc Hotel Aix

Personnel sympa

Hôtel relativement propre mais vieillot et pas très bien isolé phonétiquement. Très petit parking devant l'hôtel, qq places en parking souterrain à l'hôtel pour 8€, sinon parking public gratuit en face de l'hôtel.

Staff and breakfast

Hallway was very dark without light sensors

The hotel room was simple, but very clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. The wifi was reliable and the evenings were quiet. I'd stay again.

If you have a car, there are not many parking spaces and they are small. I parked across the street in a business lot.

Nothing worst hotel ive stayed in ever!

Yes - disgustingly Filthy poorly maintained hotel. Lavatory leaked into bathroom The building and rooms Were tumbling down, horrible location by motorway very noisy. Poorly signposted hard to fjnd home made handwritten sign.

Just off motorway. Walkable to city center. Small hotel, free parking. Terrace. Friendly staff, English speakingClean room, comfy beds. Pool, lounge chairs.AC worked well. Bathroom is ok. Bathtub

Pool is smaller than on pictures, guests smoke around pool. Not ideal for children

Older building but well kept and comfortable. Friendly staff and good breakfast choices. Great value.

everything

had to close window ,could hear highway only at night time

Convenient location,good ac

Noisier than expected

Very very clean! They made our beds everyday and tidied the room and bathroom as well. The staff were friendly.

The hotel itself is quite old and could do with a refresh.

Value for money, quite clean even if not brand new

The common space, like corridor and so one and doors are not super nice

The room was clean and tidy and well laid out. The staff was very friendly and also helpful.

The hotel is outside the city centre had to take the bus all the time. The pool area needs maintenance .

The receptionist ( Jeanelle ? ) was very helpful and welcoming , we didn’t expect to see anybody but her presence was very positive . Nothing was a problem , she really represents the hotel well , and good English

45 rooms , 10 parking spaces . Must do better

Fine for the price but needs maintanance.About 25 min walk to the centre or bus stops nearby, fine for 1 night,

Run down hotel, lots of mould on the bathroom floor, 100 pounds deposit taken on check in but not mentioned on booking anywhere(i checked reviews so i was prepared)

Reasonably priced for a weekend in March, and the staff was very helpful. This wasn’t an issue, but they do prefer for you to leave your room key at the desk when you leave for the day, and the keys are actual keys, not key cards.

Really not anything.

Hotel is perfect, with a nice price, staff are polite and kindness. Hotel is so cozy and warm with all facilities. Bed is perfect and bathroom has a nice size and commodities. I for sure stay there again.

Nothing to complain regardign the hotel and staff. Nonetheless, because the hotel price is good, some guests are noisy, talk loud and sometimes damage the quality of the hotel. Hope guests could be more educated during their stays in the future.

Affordable price (off-season)

The carpeting feels dirty, did not dare to go barefoot.

Clean room

We have been told that the chekin is at 15h, we arrived early from long flight and they said that the room is not ready(must be cleaned) BUT they asked us 20€ for early check in! Asking 20€ for early check in is not to be appreciate a specially when you have the room ready and the client is too tired from long trip!

Quiet, clean and near to the motorway

The green doors! And the bathroom floor needs replacing

Pool area & breakfast ok

No eating facilities in the evening, only a fish restaurant nearby, No good if you don’t eat fish!

Staff were super friendly, cheap stay for a road trip, close to freeway

Parking is limited and a little awkward if you are not a good driver. We actually saw someone back into another car in the carpark...
