The location eith some public parking places in front is really perfect. The interior of hotel is vintage

The cleanliness of bathroom, some hair around the radiator. The room had the small terrace, but the floor of it was super dirty. So actually you can’t use it at all.

- spacious and clean room - good location: 3-4 minutes walk to Cours Mirabeau, near the Granet Museum- the hotel has an honest classification: for 2 stars it is a good hotel

- rather old hotel, but with some elegance- carpets in the room

Beds not comfortable

The location was excellent. Chadira was friendly and so helpful to us when we arrived. She really was the best thing about the facility. It was nice, and the room was decorated according to the feel of this vintage hotel and it was big. The bathroom small was somewhat small, but served us fine.

Another member of the staff was somewhat cool to us. She did nothing tomake us feel welcome, quite the opposite. It seemed she was too busy to help us with our questions. There needs to be a way to get a cup of coffee in the morning! A kettle would be an excellent addition to the room.

Location in town center and near a parking garage. Elegant breakfast area and service. Friendly staff.

Bed very low to the ground. Uncomfortable pillows. No shower, only a bathtub.

Great location with easy walking to restaurants and shops. The room was clean and comfortable.

The train station is a considerable distance from downtown Aix-en-Provence. The hotel itself has a very good location. Our only complaint about the room was the AC, which was an issue at every hotel we stayed at.

The hotel is in a good location. We didn't spend a lot of time in our room but we felt very safe there. The room was comfortable and the staff were pleasant.

Plan ahead if driving by car, as is typical of old city centers many streets are blocked or one-way. Taxi is much easier.

Breakfast pretty average. I recommend not getting it with your room because there’s so many wonderful boulangeries within two blocks of the hotel.

The room was beautiful furnished, clean and quiet. Historical building but facilities were good.

Lack of amenities, only soap and bath gel.no slippers, bathrobe, fridge and safety box.There’s not any shop around there so we have to buy expensive pet bottles at the hotel.

The location. Very close to the centre and easy to get to major sites.

The furnishings in the room were very dated and in need of an upgrade. The bathroom was a bath with a handheld shower and the hot water took a very long time to come through. The room felt very small and shabby.

very noisy in the morning in room 3 as staff talk loudly from 6.30 onwards

We had a kitchenette so did our own breakfasts. The location was perfect - a 2 minute walk to rue D’Italie and 5 minutes to Cours Mirabeau. We loved the Christmas trees in the hotel and the beautiful nativity sets.

A bath screen might be useful to stop the shower water going on the floor

The decoration of the hotel in general, the room and bathroom was really nice. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom big. Everything was very clean. The location was perfect, walking distance to the center. The Staff was friendly.

The sound isolation was not good at all. The doors are old so they do not block the noise from outside. The bedrooms are very close to each other, so you can hear whenever the neighbour goes in or out, or if they are speaking loudly. We kept waking up during the night due to the noise.

Breakfast is fantastic, served on an antique tray in a room full of decoration and warmth

I had a wonderful stay at the Cardinal hotel. The room was spacious, nicely decorated and very comfortable.The breakfast was excellent with croissants, fruit and juice.The staff was attentive and responsive.

A beautiful historical building，staffs are kind，vintage decoration which i prefer.

We didn't find quilts on the bed，but just some blankets in the wardrobe.

Charming, great location! Friendly staff. The Cezannesque paintings added to the decor. Lovely breakfast with served on a silver tray with coffee and hot milk in silver servers.

Had some difficulty with the key to the room where I stayed.
