The location is perfect to access activities along Cours Mirabeau. The breakfast was good. But most of all, the staff who checked us in on the day we arrive was very pleasant and so was the one (root Cambodian) in the evening.

The rooms are on the small side.

No. Everything went well with my stay and even the housekeeping staff members were friendly and helpful.

Hotel is very conveniently located near the bus station.

Because room was small, the placement of furniture made it very difficult to move within the room. Air conditioning of room is not controllable in the room. Any desired temperature changes must be requested at the front desk.

The shower door is only a partial glass door, so water drips out onto the floor. The A/C wasn't working properly.

The room was small and the hotel feels somewhat old / worn out. My window was facing the street and it was quite noisy even very late in the evening - not only traffic, but rather some drunkards. The heating system/ventilation is old and noisy.

Very comfy bed, super clean, excellent location. Nice breakfast, kettle with variety of teas + coffee in the room.

Great location, the hotel is just next to the main fountain and the old town. Our room was spacious for 3 people, clean, very comfortable, they had the best duvet I ever slept under, super light yet warm. The staff was very kind. Breakfast was ok.

We arrived in Aix by bus from Avignon and left Aix very very early one of the mornings by bus to Marseille Aeroport. So the location of the hotel was very convenient for us without having to walk too far with our trolley bags. Hotel was also very near to Cour Mirabeau and to centre ville, and all the associated cafes and restaurants. The hotel was thoughtful of its guests - two complimentary bottles of water were left in the fridge for our initial use. That was much appreciated.

Hotel room was a little tight but manageable. Somehow there didn’t seem to be enough hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes and hand/bath towels. The bathroom also didn’t seem to have an exhaust fan for steam to escape and I didn’t like to open the window.

Convenient location for trains and buses, and close to the start of the main street in Aix. Bathroom was spacious, lots of bench space. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean and with good ventilation.

Not much floor space in our room but workable and fine for the price.

It would be better to have a bigger sign orOn a higher floor. Reaching the place with a car was rather difficult to identify when a truck was at the entrance. An explanation when confirmed would be appreciated.

Excellent location near the bus station and the centre of the city, but very quiet. Large room with good bathroom - even a couple of complimentary bottles of water in the fridge. Good basic breakfast.

Room was a good size but a bit tired, but comfy except the pillows that were very tiny and flat .. the location was perfect for the city a quick walk to everything but on a quieter street
