Good breakfast, excellent welcome, we arrived late and the team sorted us with food and drink which was great.

I think Spanish rules make check in slow with each passport having to be manually data entered,

Clean bathroom, comfortable bed.Very good restaurant.

The heating system didn’t work (and it was 3 degrees outside).

A great place to stay - clean and bright with helpful staff. Clean rooms with good linens and hot shower. Good internet. Quiet and good value.

After coming off the Camino Primitivo this hotel and it’s staff were the perfect place to stay for my last night in Spain.- close to airport & free shuttle service - staff - all very professional & accommodating - the rooms were clean & comfortable & it felt so nice to take a nice warm bath for my aching body - located in a quiet location after a busy day in Santiago - my meal at the restaurant was amazing - I met a few other Camino pilgrims as we celebrated together I value & appreciate Hotel Bello & highly recommend ????

The location to the airport

Thet wall are paper thin. The air conditioning didn't work. I was promised an airport shuttle and had to track someone down and insist that they take me to the airport

Staff cheerfully helped me recover important medication left at previous hotel. Saved my trip! And would not accept a tip. 5 stars for Service

Very friendly and helpfull staff. . Gave us a lift to nearest church. Good restaurant .dinner and breakfast were good but pricey

Not enough places to hang wet clothing after walking in the rain on the Camino. (very few hooks anywhere). would have been very usefull if the radiators worked. ..food & accomodation added together the bill was expensive

Very helpful staff. Close to the airport. Had a shuttle service to the airport. While the restaurant was not open, the bar manager gave us some good food and drink!

Odi, a wonderful woman who is the manager was so kind and helpful I was walking the Camino route on a cold rainy day and she felt like my best friend,The room was big and comfortable,Hot tab,Wonderful dinnerI will definitely visit there again

The bathtub is accident prone, slippery it’s not a good for anyone

Great hotel - very close to the airport by taxi. Very comfortable and quiet - we both slept very well. We arrived really late (after a delayed flight and no taxis at the airport). The reception closes at 2, but they kindly came to let us in when we arrived at 3.30am.

As always, this hotel is convenient to the airport, quiet, clean, and comfortable. My meal in the restaurant was top notch and the service was impeccable. The staff went out of their way to ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay.

I can’t think of anything I would change.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. The front desk lady works incredibly hard. She checked us in, made sure someone carried our bags up the stairs for us, then served us a late night dinner at the restaurant (which was very good), and then woke up early to shuttle our friend to the airport.

No market or pharmacy nearby.
