- Great staff. Room was ready upon arrival. Kept our bags after check out till our train trip. Paid for breakfast
- Very close to the Train. Literally across street and down elevator to lower street. We were able to check in, explore La Spezia, get a good rest and back to train without dragging bags. Owners were terrific. Great air conditioning! Elevator to get bags
Cons -
- Not the best area but felt safe enough to venture out for dinner.
- Safe, but not the most scenic part of town. But 10 minutes walk to pedestrian center of town with restaurants and shopping. Again, great to not have to carry bags far. Would definitely stay again.
