CDH Hotel La Spezia

The front office staff was very helpful

Parking is on the street and very limited, many of the guests behavior was not family friendly. Smoke alarm was set off by some mischievous person next door

Location , staff , breakfast , service , cleanliness all outstanding Everything was PERFECT !!!!!

Well situated to central La Spezia and the water front. Breakfast is very good and the staff are always friendly.

The bathroom could use a nightlight so you don’t have to turn on a light to see.

The location was great. The staff were friendly and willing to help. Breakfast was wonderful.

We asked for non smoking room, and received a room with horrible cigarette smell. The shower was small, and there was a blockage.The beds were soft and not comfortable.

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly! The breakfast was amazing!!The location was excellent, near shopping and restaurants.The train station and ferry depot were very accessible, and we used both modes of transportation.

Excellent views, beautiful landscapes, you can see the sea. Excellent restaurants at a low price. Fish dishes. Tourist atmosphere, atmosphere. Hiking through the mountains between the Italian villages on the sea coast. Excellent railway transport. Safety.

Location and breakfast and can accommodate 3 person in a room

Old dated rooms. Bed super uncomfortable!! For what we paid I could stay in a 4 star resort and not this old hotel with uncomfortable beds

The hotel is centrally located, clean, the hotel staff is very helpful, especially those at the reception.

The bathroom is small and some facilities are insufficient like bathroom slippers

Everything was very old, the elevator was out of order. However, it was clean, staff was very accomodating and location was great.

Great location, helpful staff. Clean room and very comfortable beds. Plentiful breakfast. We could leave our luggage after checkout. Would definitely stay here again.

The elevator did not work well. We were on the 7th floor, and had to walk down to 1st floor several times.The shower was too tiny for the average sized person.The soap/ shampoo gel provided had an overpowering smell. Thankfully we bring our own.Parking was not in hotel.Breakfast could be improved.

Amazing staff really couldn't have been better, nice room, comfortable bed, parking was easily possible (my stay was off season).

Check-in was really fast and easy. Location was perfect. The hotel is located a little bit above the city center I believe, so the reception is in the 5th floor but then you take the elevator to the ground floor where you can exit to go to the walkable area. In the ground floor is also the breakfast room, which had plenty of food, coffee, all kind of breads, sweets, cold meat, cheese, yogurt, fruit, juice, etc. Parking was right outside the hotel, which was great. The hotel was very clean, spacious, comfortable and the staff were very nice.

The mattress maybe? anyway, we slept like babies!
