Good location for my needs

No. I liked the room The staff was courteous Clean room Great amenities.

The staff were amazing right from the moment we walked in the door! Rooms were nice and clean and parking was available.Food was fantastic at breakfast and dinner!

Overall experience was decent, the rooms where a bit outdated but its ok since the building is old. Breakfast was average and location is excellent

Unsure about parking cost. If I park without reserving a spot it’s free? But if I reserved I should pay €10 ? We stayed 2 nights and first night we arrived very late. On third day we checked out before mid day. Total less than 48 hrs but costed €30. A bit clearer instruction would be appreciated

Wood furniture smelled

There were a few ants in the room on the 4th floor, nothing serious but annoying. I believe the staff will take care of this problem quickly.

Close train station, safe and secure parking, room we stayed was super clean, super friendly and helpful staff, and the breakfast was amazing. Recommended.

Heating system was not due to hotel policy but they provided extra blankets.

Our room was spacious and very clean, staff was very polite and overall it was all we needed for a night stay.

Wish shuttle service was 24hrs. We arrived from the train station at 11pm and taxis were on strike. We had to walk 2.2 miles with our luggage because of no shuttle service.

Very spacious rooms that were very clean. The staff was very welcoming , helpful, and friendly.

The location was not in walking distance to the main attractions . It was difficult to find our way back to the hotel after being out and about. Dinner was a disappointment because it did not reflect authentic Italian flavor(sauce tasted like it came from a can, pasta was not freshly made, chicken legs were cold and dry).

Breakfast was great excellent! Room was very adequate, however bed was too hard.

Softer bed. View and outside noises left a lot to be desired.

The breakfast was Ok, mostly delicious, the only thing is that the coffee wasnt warm enough, and for a propper coffee you need to pay extra. Parking was close and easy to reach.The room was clean.The staff is very nice!

Room: We entered to a complete darknes as they leave the shutter closed. Also, the room was SO OUTDATED, with Red and gold bed covers, the wall stickers were drifting apart, the windows shutters were manually moved (heavy) and big heavy viktorian style cabinet. The bathroom has a shower with rust cover, the stream was very poor, and as mentioned, the bathroom was also outdated. The pillows were unconfortable and there were cups signs that were not cleaned from the tables.

It’s near the motorway, so, it’s perfect when you pass through and need a place to stay for a night or two. It’s not as near that you hear the traffic- it’s a quiet area. They also have a big parking space outside the hotel. While there’s no camera surveillance it is still safe as it is guarded by a fence and a gate. The room was large and clean and also had a wonderful bathroom. The breakfast was abundant and the staff was super friendly.

Excellent. Top staff. A bit far but there is shuttle available back AND forth to city center
