Staff was amazing!!

The owners are super friendly and helpful. The room and shared toilet are clean.

The space is clean. The bed is so comfy and staff is amazing

1. Good location. It is really convenient and to go from station to hotel.2. Very nice administer. Antonio has been so cute. He explained everything to us and gave useful information about interesting places. 3. There are clean and comfortable rooms. 4. Unfortunately, there was not any teapots and we couldn’t make a cup of tea.

Basic accommodation..but good value for money

The host was great. Offered lots of information and trips to do plus parking options. The accommodation is centrally situated and it's short walks to the main attractions.

Easy to find and a good spot to base yourself if you want to explore the towns of Cinque Terra the following day. We got an early train out and a late one back , worked well

Parking is REALLY an issue in La Spezia. If you can, avoid taking a car into the city.

The property was amazing, very comfy bed, nice to have AC, good shower pressure. Hosts were so lovely and helpful, gave us lots of information about the region and trains and let us store our bags after check out. Would love to return if in the region again!

It was just as described! A great deal for a solo traveler on a budget. The shared bathroom was really clean. The owner was really nice, flexible, and helpful. It was about a 15 min walk to/from the train station and right in town, which was great. A great place to stay before going to Cinque Terre

The room itself left a little to be desired but also was just as it was described/what the pictures showed. There were some dirt smudges/stains on the walls that made it feel a little dirty but other than that, all the linens and everything were very clean and again was a great deal and all I needed for my trip

The staff is incredibly helpful and nice! The room is also nice and comfortable. It’s super easy to explore cinque terre or portovenere from there.

Overall, Alberto Teatro was a nice accommodation, especially for the affordable price. We had 1 room with a shared bathroom and the facilities were all very clean. Staff was accommodating with check in and check out times. The hotel was in a great location in La Spezia, walkable to the train station. Good value for money.

Location very central.Easy walk from all public transport. Surrounded by shops, cafes, bars, restaurants I arrived early and was able to leave my luggage while I explored. I only had 1 day in La Spezia and Antonio gave me some great and very clear advice on how to visit Porte Venere, and what was on locally. Thank you

Terrific facilities with a lovely host who was very service minded and let us put our bikes in the room. Would definitely recommend when visiting La Spezia.

Fantastic location! The staff were AMAZING and super accommodating - they let us check in early which was lovely.We were given some fantastic recommendations for different day trips from La Spezia, including Lerici and Port Venere which we absolutely loved!The room was large, bed was comfortable and having our own sink in our room was very handy.Couldn't recommend this place enough!

The pillows were a bit thin and could be replaced, but we didn't mind too much.

Very good location in the city centre, good host, good internet, clean room.

There was a little bit of chilly in my room due to the low temperature outside. If the heating was still on it would be great.

Great location, easy to get around everywhere. The stuff was amazing and provided excellent service and information about the trips. I highly recommend the hotel.
