Tastefully furnished. Helpful staff. 5-10 minute walk to train station, shops or restaurants. Plenty of outlets to charge devices.

WIFI was weak and intermittent, at least in our mezzanine room 20. Mezzanine rooms cannot be accessed by the elevator, so you have to carry bags upstairs (hotel staff offered help). The bathroom walls of room 20 showed signs of mold.

The bed is so comfy. location is near everything. Room view is great.

Nice, easy to access spot that had parking. Our room was nice and the street wasn't too busy. Very walkable location.

The hotel is super well located, very close to the train station and to many stores and restaurants. It's a great place to use as a base if you want to visit the other towns in Cinque Terre. The design in the hotel is quite cool, and the room was very spacious, bigger than expected! The room was also very clean. All the interactions we had with the staff were very positive, and they helped us out with questions and some requests.

Beds were comfortable and the hotel was good located.

There was no wardrobe and the breakfast didn't have much options.

The bed was very hard, no fitness room, parking very distant

This should be a 4 star hotel - sorry, but really is a 3 star hotel.

All dark, all unfriendly A small elevator We (2 persons) and a chair for child (troller) was never to possible to use simultaneously the elevator.

Staff were very accommodating, answered all questions to my satisfaction without feeling rushed. Food was great. Very close to the train station.

There could have been more fresh fruits.

Nice location and hotel is quite modern

They charge extra for the parking and they don’t inform you that there is a weekly market after advising you to park outside - u end up with your car being towed.The breakfast is poor in terms of quality - nothing exceptional - below average even. Inside parking is 35 eur per night

The beds are very comfortable and gigantic. We really enjoyed walking everywhere

The breakfast was very good with lots of variety including fruit and juices, meats and cheeses. The bathroom was very nice.The older woman at the desk was very helpful with info about bus stops and routes.It's on a quiet side-street.

The breakfast staff was not friendly, and it was necessary to find someone to ask if you wanted a cappuccino, and then they acted as if it was a nuisance.It was overpriced for a hotel that is neither near the water or the train station.We didn't like the post-modern decor.
