Good location inside the city. Comfortable rooms with all amenities. Highly recommended.

It was very clean and comfortable, 10min walking to the train station,near to bars and restaurants, the girl in the reception was very kind and helpful

The beds were comfortable and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was great!

The drain on the sink wouldn't drain. There was always water in the sink, which can make it difficult to use.

Location is great

It was not well kept and felt unclean. There was no wifi in our room for the entire trip and no one did anything to fix or accommodate this. The add on booking says it has parking. It doesn’t. It has two spots for the whole building. Needless to say we were unimpressed.

Location between center, road to Portovenere and railway station. After a few hours, it was very easy to access.The staff is very very friendly.

The single room is a bit too little.The stairs seems a bit unsafe because rug kept moving while climbing up.

Tired, overpriced hotel with staff who don’t seem too bothered about customers

This is a very tired property and although it was marketed as having parking available to reserve or nearby, neither was true and we had to park a 15 minute walk away. The twin room had such narrow beds that one of us turned over and fell out during the night, and the bathroom was so tiny it was unpleasant. The doors and walls are thin. Staff seemed bored and disinterested in customer service. Would not recommend and would not stay there again.

Good place for a one night stay after a long day touring Cinque Terre. There are only 3 parking spots at the hotel but there are tons of free spots a few blocks away. 15 minute walk to the train station. Room is air conditioned!

Overall, the hotel is a bit worn out. Washroom doors didn’t close properly. For the facility, I would expect a lower price.

Where to start...Booking.com has the hotel listed with breakfast. It doesn't even have a breakfast facility, no dining room.There is a lot of street noise, we had 2 rooms and both suffered with the noiseThe staircase is dangerous as it is carpeted over marble. The carpet is loose because the stair rods are old and badly fitted.The rooms are very small even for one person, the decor is tired and needs a repaint.Now the bathroom..... the toilet didn't flush well enough. The sink is small, which is OK in a way until you put your face over the sink and slice your forehead on the glass shelf above. The lighting is very poor. The shower is a complete joke, I mean a joke, it's so small that when you use it you spend your time fighting off the curtain, in doing so you catch your body on the controls which means you make it hotter or colder instantly or worse just off. Obviously, management or owners have never stayed in the rooms, or if they did, they didn't use the bathroom. This was the same in both our rooms. Without the staff, the hotel would be better closed.

Basically only location of this facility is something what can be an advance to select it.Well, also Staff was quite nice.

Extremely small room, with even smaller bathroom, with the shower bearly fits me (I'm average).Cleanliness wasn't the best. Mentioned bathroom has plenty of mold everywhere. Bed was small but quite comfy.

Extremely small and unusable bathroom. The whole room was full of noise when someone in adjacent room was using the bathroom. Shower had only hot water with no visible setting to adjust (hope it was there somewhere but I couldn't find)

The bathroom is very small, but I guess there’s nothing much could be done due to the original design. Also there’s no lift, again due to original design. However, the staff members were more than willing to help us with the luggage.

The staff was friendly and helpful! The location was perfect, less than a 10-minute walk from the train station and close to a bus stop.

It's cheap, excellent water pressure, bed and pillows were OK, good size room. Friendly and helpful staff.

For the price I cannot complain.Third floor room without a lift and loose carpet on one step, very small shower room, no duvet on bed but clean bedsheets were provided. Duvet was in a sort of cupboard and I was not sure if it was ok to use.
