Beautiful Hotel with view of the harbor.

Away from city center, only 1 restaurant nearby was closed.

We booked two rooms (one double and one single) because we wanted both to have terrace access, and we were really happy to find out they were right next to each other. Perfect for traveling as a family!Both rooms were amazingly equipped. The kitchens and bathrooms had everything we needed for our stay. Super complete! The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The whole place is beautifully designed, and the view is truly amazing.We were traveling by car, so accessing the property was easy. There’s a free parking area nearby; since we visited off-season, we were able to find parking even though it was quite full. Just keep in mind that during high season it might get busy and more difficult to find a spot.The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful. They were always there for anything we needed, very attentive and kind. We absolutely loved our stay here and would definitely come back!

There’s honestly nothing I can think of, everything was good!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The room and bathroom were luxurious and tastefully decorated, with every comfort thoughtfully provided. The view was spectacular—truly postcard-worthy. We loved having sun loungers right outside our apartment and a beautiful pool to enjoy. Unfortunately, we couldn’t relax there as much as we wanted because we were rushing off to explore Cinque Terre! The staff were incredibly friendly, and the cleanliness throughout the property was impeccable. A stylish and memorable escape we’d love to revisit.

Very clean and comfortable room/apartment (beautiful view). Everything you need for a comfortable stay. A little far from town if you don't have your own transportation - taxis mostly OK, but not always available.

Location for the view was great. The private veranda area was so nice to relax in the morning g and at night. The rooms with the windows facing the water were great to see the sunrise. The restaurant next door was nice.

Not a major as we had a car but the location was not walking distance from the town. Did not see many busses at the bus stop either. Our apartment (with the private veranda) had two flights of stairs to get up/down with luggage. Again not a major for us but be aware of that.

Location is very remote, hard to access and not central to the town.

From the moment you step into the apartment, the first thing that takes your breath away is the incredible view — endless blue stretching across the Gulf of La Spezia, dotted with sailboats and framed by the rolling Ligurian hills. Watching the sun rise and set over the water from the balcony felt like pure magic.

Absolutely incredible views. Plenty of space for a family of four. Pool was gorgeous.

AC was a little bit lacking, but not terrible. Address on Booking.com is wrong.

Not easy to access without a taxi which can be hard to find

The room and property were wonderful. It is located a bit outside of town center, but honestly that's what we liked about it. It was quiet, and the room was clean and spacious with a very comfortable bed and eqipment for coffee and cooking. There is an ATC bus stop right outside that takes you into La Spezia a few times a day. There is also a restaurant located right next to the property. Use the taxi service recommended by the hotel when needed. They also park outside the train station. We paid anywhere from 10-15€ to get to the property from the train station.

Limited on access to and from town center. We took taxi back each evening and to the train early morning.

Very comfortable and spacious. We had everything we needed. The staff was friendly and helpful. The view is incredible and it’s in a quiet neighborhood.

The location was a bit out of the way. You need to take a taxi everywhere but the view makes up for it.

The property was amazing!!! The view is so cute and on a good side of the hill that you get none of the noise from the big city! The pool was fun and the garden adorable. It’s far enough to walk down to town everyday but far enough that you get a peaceful morning. ? 11/10 would recommend every time! It’s right next to a really good pizza restaurant open late; so you don’t even have to go too far for midnight munchies! The stay was amazing, the room so cute and the host very friendly! Will have to come back here!!!

Incredible view from the terrace! Very nice garden around the pool.Our room was spacious and very comfortable with a spacious bathroom. All possible tools and appliances can be found in the kitchen.

There should be more careful room service, As our apartment was on the first floor, if you leave any food crumbs in the kitchen there small ants appears quickly. And if you are preparing food in the kitchen it's impossible not to have food crumbles on the floor. We didn't have room service the second day after arrival at all, and on the third day, I just noticed that the garbage was taken away but I'm not sure if the floor was cleaned. The towels were not changed through our three night stay, so have that in mind. Beds are not made also.The location of the hotel is very very complicated. The only way you can get to the town is by car. But to get parking space in La Spezia was very very complicated- the only large parking under the train station, was always full. If you call a taxi to the hotel, it costs around 20 euros, to get back from the town - around 15 euros. That's the only reason why we wouldn't come back to this beautiful hotel.

The views were outstanding. The property was clean and spacious . The host Gianluca was amazing .

It was difficult to get anywhere without a car . But we knew this when we booked .

Christopher was super helpful and polite. The views were amazing and even though it rained, we still were able to enjoy the property with 4 different units and a large group in total. We had two people in our party who had a birthday and the property had a nice surprise for the birthday people upon arrival.Pizza next door at Al Settimo Cielo was amazing and people working there were very nice as well.Overall a great experience.

Outstanding view and very comfortable and spacious room

Drive up the hill can be a little daunting if you are not comfortable driving in Italy

MiraMare was on a beautiful and unique location, on top of hill. We had great views from our apartment to the sea and the room was spacious and handy. You had your own kitchen, where you could prepare breakfast to your liking. The staff was polite and friendly, we especially appreciated the help from Chris. He helped us find nice restaurants and locations near by La Spezia to visit.

The weather was not on our side, so we didnt get the chance to try the swimming pool, but it did look like a cozy place to spend a sunny day. We got out room cleaned almost every day, but the cleaner changed our sheets only one time during the whole 6 day stay.

I was made very aware of the location and how high it was up the hill. I choose this so it was easy to park. We walked in to town which was fine and managed to get a taxi back from the station.

The apartment was very warm. There was no air con at the time.

Grate view very big room but if you don't have a car it's difficult but you can see all the view of the the pot la Spezia there is a swimming pool the owner was the kindest man at Italy ,I thinkPerfect just perfect

Great view, excellent service. Despite being on a mountain, it is very close to the city center. clean, fresh and new style.

I would like to find fault with something, but there is nothing. Everything is perfect.
