    Pros +

    • The area was very quiet at night time. We really enjoyed the feel of the place. The lady at the reception was very nice and helpful. We had a pleasant check in. The property was very close to local cafes, bakeries, grocery store and laundromats which was incredibly useful.
    • Everything is good, clean and comfortable
    • Location was close to shops and quiet.

    Cons -

    • The coffee machine didn’t make good coffee; we would have much targeted a kettle and cups to make our own coffee. The bathroom didn’t really have any exhaust and steamed up when taking a shower. The renovation rubbish everywhere put a damper on the overall feel of the place. The deadline for the check in was making us stressed as we had to take multiple trains and knew if we missed one, we potentially could not check in to our accommodation. The charge for out of hours check in is heavy. In today’s world, there are many options for self checking in which would work for this property and make a lot of travellers feel less stressed about arriving later.
    • You should be really carful with check in time, because they charging you with 20 euros after 18:00, which is ridicules
    • Please be aware of the check-in times! They are strict on these and charge additional fees if not within those times. That said, when paying the additional fees, the hotel is not that economical in price.

very very clean, beautiful, wonderfully decorated, spacious, and well located hotel.

There is no free parking nearby. Only public or private parking at no cheap payment.

Nice set up e art pieces

It was noisy at night. Thin walls.

The staff is great, very friendly, the best of the hotel.

There is no one at night. And it is not possible to do checking after 8pm even if there is a box in the entrance that could be used for this purpose. The policies of the hostel are a bit strict and money-driven- Traveling with a dog means extra 5€ per day which Ip did not see in the details- arriving after 6pm apparently also has extra cost which I guess is explained in the details but is such an uncommon practice - not having staff at night is obviously another money driven decision The rooms are ok but the photos are obviously not realisticIn the rooms there is a fridge, but it would be great to have a shared kitchen or at least a microwave somewhereThe rest was fine, and again the staff saved the day, all of them are great!

A big spacious room - and it's very clean! There was a balcony in my room, and a small fridge, and a vending machine in the hall. Good location, friendly staff, very good value for money overall!

There's a vending machine with snacks and coffee in the hall - but there's no kitchenette or cafe in the hotel, and no kettle in the room.

****Stay away from this property!****It was written in one of the comments that they kicked me!!!! Or someone else wrote that they accused me of stealing!!!!!! From the phone conversation I had with the so-called hotel manager (!!!!!), these are not far-fetched! You could notice the bad and annoying smell of the detergent used to clean the room and spend the whole night with it! Before booking, go and read the negative comments to see where you are going! Because these events are not far from you! The shower tap was broken!!!!

First of all, I will never stay in this hotel again! Stay away from here! If you are not careful, you will be scammed! Now listen to what happened: When I entered the hotel for check-in, they asked me to present my ID card, which I did. But after that, they put a form called commitment in front of me and asked me to write and sign my bank card information in this form, so that if I damage their property, they will deduct money from my bank account! Clear scam! I protested what this form is and I will not sign it. The employee said that you should talk to my manager and she called her manager and put him on the speaker. A perfect example of a non-managerial manager! The manager said: „either sign or get out of my hotel, I don't have time to explain to you“! How can you really call this place a hotel? You go there to relax and you will be treated like this! We couldn't have been welcomed better than this! :-))) In short, I did not sign, I called the booking support (which is awesome and after waiting for two hours, I entered the reserved room without signing the form. In hotel‘s policy, it was only written to show the credit card so that they can make sure that the card is yours, but they asked me to write and sign on the sheet. It was written on that sheet that I promise to let them process my personal information! Why don't other hotels have this request? Isn't this a violation of the GDPR’s law?!

    Hidden costs made it expensive

In the first moment the hotel looks cheap, but it isn’t! We checked in at 6.30 pm and had to pay 20 € on top for “a late check in”. I could understand this extra fees if we would check in late, but 6.30 pm isn’t late. We had also some bikes and had to pay 5€ for each to park them in the luggage room. It looks like they trying to increase the price by hidden costs.

Location and reception staff at arrival

Bed bugs, both me and my wife woke up covered in bed bug bites all over our body, a very dissapointing experience

Very simple hotel room - just about everything we needed.

no tea and coffee facility. Although there was a terrific coffee machine on the first floor. Only one light in the room - no bed side lamps.

    7DenisPosted on: 9-18-2023

Modern, comfortable. Coffee machine and water bottle distributing machine available in the floor.

Light smell from moisture from the bathroom.

It was nearly the center of the city and not so far away from the train station. The room was cleaned every day.

    1. There was renovation of the building. Every day from 0800 to 1700 in front of my window, which was closed with blinds (I was like in a bunker) was an enormous noise of working people ( it was the same at the weekends). They did even not stop from 1400 to 1600.2. The personnel did not speak very well English when I arrived.3. The personnel declined all my requests:- I requested to pay in cash-no;- I requested for iron-no;- I requested for a breakfast-no. - I requested to leave my suitcase for 1 hour after check out- 5 euro. (The check-out was 1000. I was their guest for 2 weeks with all the noise and they wanted me 5 euros for the luggage)They were polite, but not hospitable. I do not recommend the hotel. If it depends on me I will not come back to this hotel.

    Very poor

The treatment of one of the female employees was so bad and she kicked us out, her words changed from night to night she told us at the night if U want to put UR luggage in the store U should pay 4 euro per luggage but in the morning she told us that we should pay 5 euro not 4 !! also we were trying to explain what happened to us but she didn't listen to us she only spoke about money.

    Location

Work underway to building ruined our stay, people walking past window in the morning, jet washing the building noisy messy work, no privacy couldn’t open blinds or windows. They gave us a room with a very high toilet which was uncomfortable to use.
