Great location to walk around

Bed was very uncomfortable and room was small.

Location, staff were very friendly, parking was easy, and downtown restaurants and bars were within short walking distance without being so close to be too noisy.

Old tired small rooms. Bathrooms were moldy. Noisy. A/C barely worked.

The receptionist who checked us in and recommended options to visit Portovenero when the train strike interrupted our plans to hike the Cinque Terre was fantastic. She also assisted with finding a very nice restaurant on a Monday evening. Personable and efficient-wonderful qualities.

As always a very pleasant experience with NH hotels. Good location, friendly staff and very convenient.

No thought

Breakfast was fenomenal, location was impeccable.

Restaurant was understaffed, service was a bit slow, I ordered a ravioli and the sauce was SALTYYYYY.

The breakfast was excellent with a good variety of meats, cheese, fruit and pastries. The staff did an amazing job keeping all of the food trays full even while tour groups were in attendance. The bed and pillows were good. The hotel is located near the marina a 10 minute walk for a ferry to cinque terre. The walk from the train station was about 25 minutes through a pedestrian zone. Verdi bus stop was under 5 minutes away to go to the train station or other towns nearby. (Portovenere) The shower was great a good size for Europe.

The toilet paper roll holder was too close to the the toilet. The lower paper holder was sufficient didn’t need the higher one.

Very nice hotel offering great value with breakfast. Team was so nice at check-in and helpful. Next to the lovely marina with boardwalk. Highly recommend.

Everything was fantastic.

The room we originally got was made to look much better online than it was in real life. Once we upgraded, we were happier but the original room was surprisingly small. I was really impressed with the rooftop bar.

I did not like that we were not able to check in early or check out late at any point.

As good as the room was, the bed, however, was not up to standard at all. The bed did not feel like the quality one expects from a brand like NH. i could feel the springs of the bed throughout the night and i kept waking up.

I really enjoyed my stay in La Spezia — the rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely styled, and the breakfast each morning was absolutely fantastic. A great way to start the day before exploring the Cinque Terre region.The only downside was that the air conditioning wasn’t turned on due to it being spring, which was fine at first — until the neighbour started smoking each night. With the windows open, the smoke would drift into our room, which wasn’t ideal.Otherwise, a great stay in a convenient location!

The hotel is a little old, the breakfast so-so, the breakfast staff a little unfriendly, the best and most attentive people in the hotel were Paola and Reynaldo, the location was very good and the ocean view was very nice, the internet was TERRIBLE, we couldn't connect for three nights

As to be expected the hotel had a very polished look.The room had ocean view, was modern and lacking no amenities.The bed was comfy, the bathroom was clean.

The room was a bit small, but as I was travelling solo it worked perfectly fine.As the hotel is very polished, it also lacks character, feels interchangeable.
