On the beach, great pool, nice breakfast, free wi fi, nice staff.

Rooms small, but nice balcony and a king bed.

When we arrived for check in, the young lady was very friendly & courteous, the gentleman behind the desk was friendly, but seemed to try to get into a discussion about politics & stuff about what's going on in the US & middle east, not something I want to discuss. The room is quite small but has a nice, modern bathroom. The location is far from Lerici & not walkable, there is a bus but could never find it. Close to the town of Tellaro, but not much in Tellaro.

It says that it has a restaurant & bar, but the restaurant just heats up frozen meals for supper & the bar is not open from 4 til 7. The breakfast is quite limited & not many choices. The room was clean but parts of the hotel were not. We went up to the rooftop patio & there was a large dead bug in the hallway to the patio that was there for the 2 days we stayed. overall, this placed seems a little over priced & not great value for the money. Would not stay here again.

Parking slot is important at this area and we booked this hotel because they have parking area, but it was subject to fee that is not highlighted before booking.

Very nice clean and comfortable hotel. We had suite with terrace on top floor, it was 2 separate rooms. Nice sea view from it.

Our stay was a last minute decision and a great one at that! The location was amazing, the staff were so helpful and it was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely go back !

Shower was a like small and no shelf

No parking at the place, terrible to unload the car and carry all your belongings for 50m. There is no way to park in front of the hotel to unload the car because the door faces the street the cars go by. Rooms could be larger. Restaurant was not open and the other restaurants around would only open after 7:30pm and you have to walk more than 400m to find one with no sidewalks. A bit tense yo access with kids in the evening. The restaurant should be available for guests to have dinner at the place. Or at least prepare small meals for the room.

The location is good - close enough to a bathing beach. The room was light airy and clean and it had a small balcony with a sea view! Dinner was available in Tellaro, a small fishing village, about half a mile away. Breakfast was perfectly satisfactory.swimming at the Spiaggio Fiascherino was refreshing but the sea was a little turbid.

While the location is good parking is a short walk from the hotel.

The staff are great and the location is good, the hotel does however need an overhaul as its tired/ worn in areas.

Fabulous breakfast, very nice and friendly and infromative staff, we were able to enter to the not-yet-opened-rooftop and enjoy the view. Hotel made possible to have drinks and snack on the rooftop from the bar below.

Rooftop bar was not opened yet. We were allowed to be on the rooftop but we had to order the beverages and snacks from the bar below, carry them upstairs and then of course return them. It was all fine, yet a bit dissapointing.

I loved the restaurant, great fish, seafood and pizza. Location near wonderful cove to swim but many steps down, was a great stay.Shower and stall could be updated
