Pros +
- I liked the location of the hotel and the beautiful views to the valley and the mountains. I also liked the covered parking lots.
- The rooms are very good. The staff is very friendly. The atmosphere was very good too (great views). We spent a very good time.
- A beautiful hillside hotel with fine ambiance and stunning views. Large, comfortable and well-appointed room. An excellent dinner in the restaurant.
Cons -
- Personnel,s limited language skills, especially in the restaurant.. Not even a small dog allowed in the dining- and breakfast room. Lots of stairs to climb, especially with your bags, as the hotel didn,t offer any help! Some amenities in the bathroom could be better (e.g. facial paper tissues). No charging station for electric or hybrid cars.
- Food can improve: the breakfast buffet was average and we had dinner a couple of days and it is expensive and not great. The Tennis Padel court was not working.
- Wifi was a little inconsistent, but worked most of the time.

Nice location. Large estate in a great setting.
Does not meet standards of a 4* hotel. Reality is not in line with pictures and description on booking.com. Some rooms are outdated, breakfast is very basic for a 4* hotel, pool area needs an upgrade and so on. Should have been better…
It is nested in cork oaks and olive trees in a Mediterranean forest with a sea view. The superior rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff is genuinely helpful. The restaurant is great, proposing quality food and wines for a quite affordable price (this is a well deserved 4* hotel).
Beautiful position with beautiful views. Very well appointed rooms and breakfast and dinner were very high quality.
The disabled access door was locked. Didn’t help my wife much. The main access is up numerous steps. The mattress needs changing.
The location was exceptional. The building & grounds were beautiful. The reception staff were superb.
we were the only people in the restaurant at breakfast, after waiting 20 mins, we finally went into the kitchen to find the waiter. The service we received was very poor. There isn’t a buffet, it’s table service, however, the service was extremely poor. The waiter spent the whole time in the kitchen & was never available or asked if we wanted anything to eat or drink. So whenever we needed, food, drinks, condiments, cutlery…we’d wait 10 mins & then have to find him. We ordered coffee & it took over 1/4 hr to arrive. The omelette was inedible, incredibly salty & raw inside. Really terrible breakfast experience. In the booking site it said pets welcome. Didn’t mention an extra charge - but We were charged £60 extra on top of our bill. The bed was hard & very uncomfortable. It ended up a very expensive stay. Wouldn’t go back.
Very quiet and peaceful setting in nature, very clean, very comfortable beds and large rooms, south facing terrace with chairs with beautiful views, house keeping, breakfast generally good with selection of pastries/fruit/toast/ham/cheese/eggs/bacon (though I suggest an addition of Greek yogurt being available). Pool area with sun loungers also south facing and quiet. Pretty and very relaxing place. Staff were all courteous. We also had a dinner here which was really nice. Surrounding village is also cute is easy walking distance with a mini market.
No coffee machine in the room (only the instant packets in the room). Had this been provided I would have given a 10!A smart TV or Chromecast would also be a plus, though not essential :)
It was my second stay in this hotel. A very quiet and beautifull hotel, in a very nice village. The hotel staff was professional and very welcoming, clean rooms, great breakfast, and Excellent restaurant. I will defenetly come back there.
a lovely location, clean, staff very attentive, very relaxing atmosphere
no bar to sit and have a drink and relax, maybe meet other guests etc, dogs not allowed in resturaunt, which we understand but there should be accommodation to eat with your dog/s if you market the hotel dog friendly !!
Nice staff, comfy beds, good restaurant. Great location, easily accessible from the highway. Quiet.
We had zero water pressure in the morning. We had to leave early and could barely wash ourselves, let alone take a shower. There was nobody at reception (we left just before 7AM), so we could only tell them by phone from on the road. Having paid €160 for the room that experience left a bad after-taste.
It looks beautiful if I could have stayed there.
We arrived at 1am and the website does clearly state that checkin ends at 11, but I didn’t read that as I was rushing while I booked and I am not accustomed to hotels having a check in that ends so early—if at all. It’s not their fault, per se, but damned if I ever stay at a hotel with such an early check-in time. Looked beautiful though, but I need a professional system and not a family-style setup.
The hotel is beautifully situated with very nice views and all the possibilities of hiking and biking. We had a nice dinner in the restaurant, sitting at a romantic table and with a waiter doing his absolute best to serve us a really good meal. Very good food and wine. The room was very quiet and with a good bed. The hotel accepts dogs, charges €20/night and provides them with a sleeping cushion and a bowl.
The design of the hotel rooms in the modern part was not to our liking. Black walls with three doors in a row (bathroom, closet and toilet) with hidden handles made it impossible to find the toilet door during the night without putting on a light and in the very spacious shower there are no shelves to put shampoo etc. The terrace has rather high stone walls around it that makes it impossible to see the beautiful lawn and it made us feel like we were in a bunker. We would have appreciated a water cooker and some tea or coffee facilities in the room. The only thing available was two water bottles in the mini bar.
Fabulous rural situation in an cork oak woodland. Very quiet and peaceful
We were a little unhappy to find the hotel wasn't serving dinner as they had a big event at the conference centre. However after a little discussion we were served at 7.00 exceptional main course.
Nice and quiet location. Amazing breakfast. Staff super friendly
the hotel had beautiful views and was very peaceful. The room was very spacious, clean and well decorated. The food was delicious, and well presented.
Nice quiet place on the countryside with a huge and beautiful property.
Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed at the restaurant. But there is a roomservice available.
We were thrilled to get to this location. Amazing views from our room. restaurant was also great. good breakfast.
the receptionist was indifferent not welcoming. even a little irritated. not a good start and this gives the stay a lower rating.
Location, standard of accommodation and the breakfast - all very good.
nothing springs to mind
What a nice panoramic view… And for sure I liked that it was very, very quite… Really relaxing!!!
At home I checked the invoice and I was surprised they counted 20€/day/pet. So for our yorkshire and biewer I had to pay 560€ extra… Knowing that except for allowing them in your room there was nothing extra for our doggies, that’s way too much…
