Friendly and accommodating staff, great location, dark shades for the night.

Weird bathroom door.

Good spot for a weekend stay, nothing fancy. It has the basics of a small town hotel with its cozy charm. I would stay there again.

The bedsheets could be a little bit cleaner, but nothing really major.

Great location - especially if there for hiking. Right in the middle of this small town; river directly behind - best to get rooms at the back as I think the front would be a bit noisy. Comfortable bed, decent shower and heating still on in mid April which was very welcome - would have benefited from the entrance stove still being lit I think as chilly in morning. Wi fi very patchy. Decent breakfast. Comfortable, no frills and very good value for money.

Cosy relaxed atmosphere, friendly helpful staff. Perfect location for good wining and dining just 5 mins walk away and 20mins drive to Campdevanol to start the beautiful 'els 7 gorgs' walk. Our room had a small balcony with a nice view over the river.

Peaceful, cosy location with the soothing sound of the stream. Close to the centre of the village. Comfortable bed and interesting decor.

It's very well located.

It was very loud, you can hear people in other rooms as well as the ones walking in the corridor. There was a fungus in the bathroom. The parking is very small, if you are not lucky you need to park hundreds of meters away. The amount they charge for the dog per day is ridiculously high.

The water from tap is pure with very nice taste. The position is excellent. The rooms are beautifully decorated. The space is beautiful.

the sink of the bathroom needs to be fixed as a pipe was leaking water so there was always a paddle under it. otherwise, good value for money.

Don Lino and the other staff were very friendly! We spent New Year there, and they struck a nice balance between putting on events and a party, while keeping a family-friendly environment.

The room was a little bit small, but still very good for the price.

Well located with views to the river.The bedroom is basic but what you pay for and clean.Parking for clients.

Breakfast was good but would be nice if it was included in price as an extra €14 (2 pax) on top of accommodation is a bit too much.

Bed not very comfortable

The location was exceptional, the little town is nice, the sound of the river over our windows was magical. Everything was so clean and great. It has restaurants and coffee shops close, also you have options at the hotel. Its very close to the cremallera and also 13 min by car to Queralbs.

The only think i would change is the bed, that was not very comfortable and quit little for us.

No sockets in one room, one socket very loose in the wall in the other. No catch on one bathroom door, no locks on either bathroom door.Basic room decorationNo bedhead in one room so couldn't sit up in bed to read.

a nice small hotel in a picturesque town, right in the city centre, nicely furnished though a bit small rooms

may be a bit loud as it is on the main street with a lot of traffic but this is also nice in terms of being in the centre

Great location, cosy place and nice view over the river and mountains which we enjoyed sitting on the terrace, dinner menu was delicious and good value for money and staff was friendly and helpful!

The only slight critique if any would be the small double bed (it was 140 max) that could have been bigger

The location

This must have been the place to be some years ago. Our impression was that the current owners/managers in place did not have too much experience with customers. Service was poor/inexistent
