Cons -
- -the staff: seems like they don’t enjoy what they are doing. they seem fed up with work and are not very attentive.-parking situation: there are no parking spots exclusively for the hotel you have to use the public parking which is a challange because there are only limited spots in town.
- 3 parking places at the Banyalbufar, but it is hard to find a parking place. Hotel has none.

The interior design design, the location and the staff. Nearby free parking as well. The hotel is fully booked for a reason!
This beautiful boutique hotel looks right out on the Mediterranean and the rooms are so unique and beautiful. The A/C was a life saver, with the extreme heat, and the short (but steep) walk to the beach for a swim was perfect. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and they make a fantastic cappuccino at breakfast. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
the room space , the location , the breakfast
Although we arrived at night the incoming gentleman was very kind and helpful at the reception. The traditional hotel is small and decorated in a very good style. Breakfast was very delicious and plentiful.Banyalbufar is a beautiful little town with alleys and tiny little streets. It definitely became my favorite place during our trip. Cala Banyalbufar is a narrow beach with a length of about 100 metres. The beach is located in a beautiful bay and surrounded by steep cliffs and mountains. Only a small portion of this stretch can actually be considered a beach and this section offers a surface of pebbles and coarse gravel. You can still lie down comfortably and the view from the beach is worth five stars at the very least! On top of that, the water is gorgeous, its waters clear with blue and turquoise hues. There are stones in the water, but if you want to go for a swim, you couldn’t find a bay more perfect than this.

The staff was amazing, we stayed during Christmas and had a 24/7 service, amazing hospitality
Very sweet family hotel in a beautifull destination with the loveliest staff. Design of the hotel, rooms and views were wonderfull. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was super delicious with many vegan options because we asked for. Lot of fresh fruit, vegetables and fresh orange juice. And since we stayed during Christmas, they prepared the most delicious Christmas dinner for us for a very fair price - even though it was only the 4 of us in the entire hotel that night .
The only things to improve would be:- a space to work (small table and chair) in the room. I had to work on computer during holidays and I had to sit down in the lobby, where in december it was pretty cold.- dont disturb sign, so that we could hang it out on the door, if we dont wish the cleaning- Pre-heating the rooms in advance for the guests to arrive to a bit warmer room. In december it was a bit shocking to arrive to such cold room. There is aircondition that we could use to heat the room and afterwards it was perfect, but it took some time.
Stunning building, lovely cosy rooms, delicious breakfast bar, in quiet side street, spotless and with the most amazing host. The owners went the extra mile for our Christmas meal and spent their time cooking for us which was just so heartwarming. would totally recommend and will definitely be back. absolute gem!
it was very comfortable, quiet and lovely for walking around the town or visiting the cliff sides to see the ocean. Im currently pregnant and they made sure to help me out as much as needed. very pleasant stay.
Really lovely small hotel in warm cosy old building. Warm rooms, warm roaring fire and good food served by a very helpful attendant. Public parking just down the road.
Pillows were a bit small- I'm sure you could ask for extra. Make sure you have a phone in case owners aren't there when you arrive- their number is on the door and the keys in a box.
Nice hotel next to the sea, cute decor, nice terasse with good food, friendly staff
bed was a bit uncomfortable
Everything! The location is perfect, on a quiet street close to the sea. The cozy and homey feeling in the lobby, the fireplace. The staff was very hospitable and helpful. The room is very clean, nicely decorated. Clean bathroom. Very good breakfast. We felt like at home!
Nice area with lovely sea views.
Difficult to find, poor signage.
Had an absolutely lovely stay. The rooms are gorgeous, breakfast great, and view from the terrace is FABULOUS. The staff was very sweet and attentive, and I wouldn't change a thing. 11/10!
Lovely location. Staff were super friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Nice terrace where you could sit and have drinks anytime, even when closed to the public. Very clean
Loved everything, but worth noting that the surrounding area is hilly and roads are tight to get to the carpark etc - this wouldn't suit everyone. Also there is no beach to speak of - rocky cove 15 minutes walk downhill, 30 minutes back up! Perfect for us!
Great location - quiet town without throngs of tourists and traffic, and easy walk to the beach!
Very nice hotel in calm village with great view.Terasse where breakfast is served is beautiful.however it is not only for hotel guests, so in the evening there was not space for dinner.Hotel does not have parking but there is public one few meters from hotel. Staff was ok
