Some rubbish left around pool area all day

Lovely clean interior. Very well designed

The fact that it wasn’t accessible by any transport only by car or taxi. There was no airport link

The staff and views were excellent

The room was noisy from the adjoining guests.Spending Euro160 for my wife and I, both, to have the worse massage of our lives.

Very nice facilities in a peaceful location.

Reserve the restaurants the second you arrive because they get booked up well ahead and the hotel doesn’t reserve tables for guests.

breakfast was as always above standard with plenty of choice.

we paid at the property , the price given by booking.com was not the price we paid, still awaiting a refund for this.

Very modern and very clean

We were not informed the thermal spa suite was closed during our stay which was the main reason for choosing this resort. Also on 2 of our 4 night stay all restaurants were closed and only snacks available at the bar. This is not what you expect from a 5 star resort.

The property was very clean, we enjoyed the peace and quiet, the pool was lovely and gardens very well tended.

Very quiet. No mini bar in the room. Double bed was two small mattresses pushed together so there was a gap in the middle, which I wouldn’t expect for a deluxe room in a five star hotel and given the cost. Can’t use the spa in the hotel without paying extra.

It’s very clinical and feels a little sterile.

Smart, clean and comfortable rooms. Staff were friendly and polite .Great bathroom with amazing shower and sunken bath.Walk in wardrobe .Nice breakfast although if you want to sit outside it is a little inconvenient where the restaurant is positioned . Lovely pool area although shame fountains were not on when we visited . Large bottle of water in room replaced daily .

Awful pillows . Shampoo in the bathroom but no conditioner . The better restaurants not open Monday and Tuesdays . Bar restaurant food average probably better to go out .

No vending machine, staff wouldn’t give bottle of water before 11 o clock no shops for miles

The room was lovely and the hotel was very clean . The property was lovely too and the restaurants on the property were a great change of pace!

We were at the hotel for a wedding. Some of the staff were right out rude and were blatantly making fun of us as a wedding party, in Spanish and in English. In particular the restaurants and bar staff were most unpleasant.The majority of the staff were okay - with a few horrid members within the team.No matter the opinion of staff on the habits of the guests, a level of respect and dignity should be shown, which these staff members did not posses.

Gym needs updating and refurbishing

the facilities were very good, the spa again could not fault or the staff either,the bar again was

food menu , we never ate at the hotel, we ate at the golf course or Baybrooks up the road

Big beautiful hotel and garden. Big rooms

We were in a connecting room and you could hear everything. Its a bit far from any store but if you are just playing golf it is perfect.

We were there for a wedding. La finca is a beautiful hotel. The rooms were lovely. Excellent service. The staff were absolutely fantastic. Efficient, helpful and very friendly. Great wedding venue. Would recommend.

We had to ask for cups in our room every day as they were removed each time the room was cleaned.
